Lazy and discourteous. They would roll up my pool cover in a lump and then would not unroll it back before they left. Even after asking them to leave as they found it more than once.
I have almost every time found the filter lid very loose to the point that the filter would not prime and it ran dry for hours.
Messed with my setting every time and did not return them to the proper setting leaving the skimmer to suck air very noisily in the early morning.
They just seem too busy for their own good. Look elsewhere.

Very unprofessional pool service company. They spend on average 5 minutes on my pool. I have cameras so I’m able to watch them weekly. On several occasions they came in went in 2 minutes time. When addressing the issues of poor incomplete service they say they will deal with the issue but it continued to happen almost weekly. They did re-send a tech everyone to complete the work but it is frustrating to have to manage a company on a weekly basis. When attempting to call the company they would never answer. I was forced to cancel their service via text message since they never answer the phone. They refuse to answer my cancellation message. Awful service. I don’t recommend them at all!

Extremely disappointed with the service from Two Brothers Luxury Pool Service. Despite paying for monthly maintenance, it’s clear our pool was neglected for an extended period. The skimmer was filthy, the vacuum was broken, and the chlorine floater was damaged—issues any competent technician should have noticed and reported. Even worse, our filter pump was running dry due to a closed valve, which could have led to costly repairs had we not caught it ourselves.

Beyond the poor maintenance, we also witnessed the technician jumping our gate instead of using the key they had access to or simply ringing the doorbell. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. We trusted this company to care for our pool, and they completely failed to do their job. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and responsible pool maintenance.

I liked their house cleaning service. I had a deep cleaning with maid it cleaning and I am really happy to have extremely clean my house after their job. Thank you guys!

After years of fighting my disgusting tile and grout these guys fixed me right up in just 2 hours! Yay for clean floors and clean feet!

We had Sebastián and his team come out to clean our tile and grout, and the results honestly exceeded my expectations. Our floors had years of buildup and discoloration, and I didn’t think they would ever look the same again—but they brought them completely back to life. The grout lines are noticeably brighter and cleaner, and the entire space looks fresh and new.

Sebastián was professional, on time, and took the time to explain the process so I knew exactly what to expect. His attention to detail really shows in the final result. On top of that, he sealed the grout after cleaning, which gives me peace of mind that it will stay looking this good. He even left me with a year’s worth of product to help maintain everything, which I really appreciated.

The difference before and after is huge—our floors look like they were just installed. If you’re on the fence about getting your grout cleaned, it’s 100% worth it. I would absolutely recommend Sebastián and his company and will be using them again in the future.

Guys did a great job on my tile and carpet.

Renting my property out so I wanted the floors looking great again for my new tenants. When I called they were polite and I informative. John came out and made our floors look new again. I highly recommend them.
