We recently had new ceramic floor tiles added to our home. We used epoxy grout which is considered the best if you never want to worry about dirty grout lines again and it doesn’t need a sealant. Our mistake, we didn’t hire a professional company to do the job. Now we are stuck with grout residue (haze) everywhere throughout our home. My wife and I work for hours using Mapei acidic tile grout cleaner and we did see some improvements but the results are the same with residue everywhere.
I found “Clean it to the Max” on google search. I talked to Markus and within a few days, he came to my home. Before starting any work to my floor, he did a spot test. He was able to determine the seriousness of the residue on the tiles. He explained that he can do his best but cannot guarantee 100% due to the difficulty of the epoxy grout used and residue left on the tiles. He recommends using a stripper company that specialized in this kind of work.
I was very grateful to Markus for telling me what I need to know. He came here to do a job but after doing the spot test, he could not do the job the way we would want it. I am writing this because of Markus’ honesty and integrity. We don’t see that enough anymore. I do like to recommend “Clean it to the Max” for others who want their tiles and carpets cleaned. You will get someone that will do the job as needed and will not take advantage of its customers.

These guys were incredible! Very professional and very friendly. They got two dog pee stains out of my carpet that I really didn’t think it was gonna come out. Their price point was stellar! Very respectful gentleman! I even made sure to grab about 20 of their business cards to give to my Solar homeowner customers! I recently hired Clean It To The Max to power wash our front porch and stairs, and they did an outstanding job—everything looks brand new!

They also tackled our entire backyard marble pavers, carefully removing all the patio furniture first, scrubbing away stubborn fallen food stains, and then putting everything back in place once it was fully dry.

Amazing job. I couldn’t even believe he took all the stains off of my carpet. It’s a very old carpet. But it looks brand new again. And it smells great. Markus is very helpful. Markus does an amazing job, charges great rates, fits you in quickly, and is very kind. I’ve used him three times now for an issue with my young son peeing on the carpet. I tried every home product I could including an at home carpet cleaner. He was able to get it cleaned so well that when I had the same problem come back again I knew instantly to have him come out. Used Clean It To The Max twice now. Markus is awesome, job is always well done. Easy no-brainer for carpet cleaning.

Had them come in to treat a recent dog pee stain. Looked worse (and smelled worse) after their treatment and they showed no willingness to try and treat it further when I sent pictures of how it looked. Would not recommend using this company due to their customer service.

I think he did a good job he was professional. The only problem I had was I was not told in advance that there was an additional $15 fee because of the cat fur on the wool carpet so when it was time to pay, I was not OK with paying the additional fee. He agreed to the original price. It A bit longer than expected and I’ve paid a lot less for what was done, but the carpet looked really good and I appreciate the service.
