Very Professional , Good/fast communication and good work . I have used them for a Repair once and then used them again too take off my solar panels when I was replacing the roof . I have nothing bad to say about the field or office . I Would recommend them to friends and family

Called at 7PM, and they were at our home the next morning. From the call to the technician (Luis), everyone was extremely professional and thorough. They worked from the smallest possibility until they found the problem, so there was absolutely no gouging for more issues. Luis worked quickly and had our air working in under an hour! This is the second time we are using them, and I would highly recommend them again and again!!

The two technicians that came out to look at our solar system were very professional. They went and took plenty of pictures and will be sending back a quote very shortly. I would highly recommend this company! We hope they do us good!

I have had Bob's do 3 jobs for me so far. All the technicians have been professional and pleasant. Bob's did not try and up sale us and was just honest and straightforward. I found their prices to be very reasonable and affordable compared to the other quotes I had recieved. The communication is excellent. I will use them in the future.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!! We have been suffering for 3 weeks trying to deal with another HVAC provider who couldn’t find the problem. We saw a great review for Bob’s Air on the NextDoor app and gave Bob’s a try. They sent a diagnostic technician out who located the problem in 5 minutes. 5 minutes!!! He spent more time writing it up for us than it did to find it. Long story short, we could not be more pleased. They are extraordinarily responsive, very knowledgeable and very, very reasonable. We have found our new service provider and have already recommended them to a neighbour. Try them, you will not be disappointed.

My Original solar company went out of business so i needed to find someone to help replace my inverter. Bob’s AC and Solar repair was referred to me. Their technician Nick was an absolute professional and took the time to explain things so I could understand. I did not have to wait long for the replacement to be installed. I found their pricing to be fair and customer service was so kind (which is what I needed during this stressful time). Ny solar systems stopped delivering to NV Energy. Bob's Repair secured an appointment for me soon after I contacted them. Nick G. completed the initial diagnosis and determined the root cause as inverter failure. He followed through with the inverter equipment company to get the replacement parts and installed them.

I had a great experience! It began with Alexis who scheduled the appointment. She was courteous and had my appointment scheduled within a few days. Nick and Ian were my techs. They were friendly and explained the issues they encountered and gave me options on how they could handle the repairs.

Ron Simbulon arrived on time and ready to work. He removed our old water heater and installed a new one in two and half hours, cleaned up and explained everything about the new heater. Outstanding young man. He was polite, informative and did a professional job.

Nick was an excellent tech that did a diagnostic check of my enphase solar system that had gone offline. I needed to find an authorized repair service after titan solar went out of business, and I’m so glad I found Bobs Repair. He was extremely knowledgeable and got my system back online quickly. Their fee of $150 was reasonable and worth it.
