Jimena was awesome and the team fixed my pool quickly within 48 hours. She was honest about what I needed now and what I could wait on for future repair. They also set up my app for better use which is an added bonus.

It's been a challenge find a company that will be available quickly but they were on it.

punctuality and assistance

Good job, the pool was very clean

"They did the job the way that they said they were going to do. I also talked to them…"

fabulous service, knowledgeable, hard working and fair....they are great.

Unreliable, often late, sends lazy kids who break your things and is overly sensitive emotionally. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!!!!

It's a very nice service. Now my sons are enjoying our pool Like the first time :)

Great service, called this a.m. and they arrived few hours later and fixed clogged filter. Friendly and professional.

They replaced the motor to the pool in one afternoon, and they also entertained my dog for a couple hours! thanks!

I had a valve problem. Called “Excellent”. A few hours later...problem solved. Nice guys, too. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys

George gave me the best price for new pump and he came next day. Very quick answering all my questions

Told me he would come out on Monday for a repair, then ignored my messages ad never came

Awesome Crew. Even though it was out of their scope they came by next day to have a look and fixed problem immediately!

If you are looking for someone that really cares about his job and your pool.. someone honest that won’t sell unnecessary stuff, someone that goes straight to the point about what’s going on with your pool... advice you like no other company will do... then you are at the right place, not kidding, I had algae issues with my pool I had 2 companies coming and telling me what “I need it to do” guess what they were all wrong.. finally I decided to randomly call Excellent pool... 30 min later after I talked to Jorge he was at my house, he advised me on what I need it to do in order to kill the algae... I did it and guess what....????? NO MORE ALGAE OR DUST OR GREEN LOOKING POOL.... I’m very happy and grateful I crossed path with Jorge... plus!!! He is bilingual... English and Spanish... Muchas gracias por tu ayuda Jorge aquí tienes un cliente nuevo!!! 🙌🏽🏊🏽‍♂️🏊🏽‍♂️🏊‍♀️🏊‍♀️

These guys were great! Same day I called they were able to come do repairs on my pool at my new house and were very informative on how everything worked.
