I am so disappointed with Tom at Dan Ward. I thought that I was ahead of the game in connecting new thermostats to my new, and very expensive, gutter and ice melt system. This past summer, he sent out a crew to install 5 thermostats. They didn’t label a single breaker, inform me that everything was complete, nor did they walk me through how things were setup. Now I have 3 feet on snow on my roof and 4 thermostats aren’t working. Repeat calls and texts are completely ignored. Zero follow through. He’s been paid and doesn’t back his work.

Daniel has done lots of work for us and his workmanship and responsiveness has been impeccable. We can't recommend him highly enough.

Ward Electric is under new management with Daniel as new owner and head of operations. With Daniel in charge phone calls are answered, the workmanship is excellent, the response to your work request is placed in the queue based on urgency of the issue, and all the work is wrapped up and tested before they leave the site. This change of ownership is what Ward electric needed! They just moved my Summitt heat tape box to a more accessible location from under my house to my garage. They noticed the Generac generator sensor was amber so they did the service maintenance- all in a timely manner. Job site was left clean!
