Hard time getting parts customer service the tech Justin that game 75 days later with the part he was excellent they need to work on there customer service and communication

Not professional, no communication, did not fix dryer after 4 separate visits, then told the home warranty that there was no mechanical failure. I have video of the dryer consistently failing and not able to restart.

Scam! horrible experience with Alpha. AHS you need to remove them from you list of vendors. Our brand new dryer was not drying our clothes completely so we suspected the duct was full which was correct. After Dinko came out and verified he stated I would have to verify with my warranty if coverage was accurate/that the service would be completed. I waited over a week to be told that that I would have to cover $255 possible OOP, my husband and I agreed to these terms. When I contacted the woman back to schedule; her response was "no we cannot help you we're 2 weeks book out" They are lazy and possible scamming AHS they accept the fee of $100 to go out and see then never or rarely make the repair. When I called AHS to have them reassign the vendor guess what their response "we cannot reassign a work order /work ticket to a new vendor onces its in process" something like that.

If I could give 0 I would. Fridge fan was making strange noise then stopped. When the technician appeared I told him I thought was the cooling fan. It had stopped making noises before he got there. He said was an issue with ice buildup in back of ice compartment. He said very common with these fridges. He checked inside temp which he said was fine but fan had only just stopped so yeah it would be ok. I asked again, “ are you sure it’s not the cooling fan” His answer, it’s not that. What he didn’t do was check behind the twin cooler and fan where I told him this was where I thought it came from. Lo and behold 1 month later fridge stops cooling, fan stops. School boy error in my opinion. There advert says “ precise diagnosis!! “
My husband took it apart. See photos below. This is NOT 1 month of build up. I’m fuming as my food had to be thrown out. If he had checked both while this company was paid to do via American Shield. This would never have happened.
This could have been worse as we could have been eating chicken that had not been stored at correct temperature, food poisoning!
I have emailed then for a response AND I left a telephone message, no one has called back or emailed. I will no be reporting to the warranty company AND Better Business Bureau as I believe this company to be incompetent. Do not use them for anything.

Ordered parts for our freezer through our American Home Shield insurance. 2 1/2 months later, they still have no answer to our inquiry and service! 😞

Terrible service, dispatched to us by American home shield. They lied to AHS saying it was pre existing concern and cost us $85 service fee.

Don’t use them!!! Owner was extremely unprofessional and they wasted 6 weeks of our time. Came out 3x and ordered 5 parts. Dishwasher Still not fixed. Milking American home shield for money.

Worst company currently out there. They completely broke my microwave and haven't called back to follow-up. Keep calling them and go directly to voicemail. They don't callback or response to any of my emails. You've been warned!

Very poor customer service, would refuse to fix my ice maker after coming and ordering the part...saying the ice maker isnt defrosted..WELL DUH, the issue i am having is the ice maker is broke and doesnt work including drefosting! they wanted me to unplug my fridge for 2 days...ok and how do you want me to eat during that time?

Worst experience. Yesterday had new appliance repair company Revolff Appliance who showed me the wrong part ordered and installed upside down by technician from Alfa Appliance. He laughed and rolled his eyes and assured me he would fix problem and make everything right 👍 now. I waited for weeks for Alfa Appliance to fix dishwasher correctly. Instead they were incompetent, rude, & damaged my brand new wood floor board next to dishwasher. I filed claim against them with HSA american home sheild!

Litterally the worst company I've ever encountered and that's saying a lot. They said they'd fix my microwave, then ghosted me, and eventually claimed the work order was done because we had abused our microwave. How would one even abuse a microwave? That doesn’t even make sense. Stay far away. 1 star with 20 reviews on Google may be the worst rating I've ever seen a company have. Complete crooks.

I had a Dishwasher issue and was assigned this company, I had no problem as I had been assigned this company 2x in the past with good results.
This time, however, I had received their acknowledgement of the service request and they would be back to me in 24 hours while they schedule the service date & time. Counting the day of the request I had heard nothing but crickets for 5 days - including Sat & Sun. I contacted ALFA APPLIANCES and was put to an auto FWD to phone mail, I left a Msg and again Crickets. I called AHS and they were put to phone mail, they called another number that was not avail to me and was told that ALFA would reach out to me by 4PM that day which came and went with no response. I called AHS the next morn and informed that they would check into it again and in the meantime I received an Email from ALFA that my request was Canceled. AHS contacted and informed me that they were unable to contact them and would setup service with another Company, who called, setup service and had the dishwasher fixed within 24hrs.
