I called Preferred Construction for a plumbing issue. The toilet tank cracked and needed to be replaced. It was leaking water rapidly. They were fast, efficient and did a beautiful job. I have used other companies that overcharge and under deliver. Preferred is now my preferred —go to company. Great job thank you!

We worked with preferred construction over a year ago and I am still so happy we chose them. We get to stare at our newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms everyday in complete awe of how amazing everything turned out. Working with this company was nothing short of amazing. They communicated the process the entire step of the way and stuck to the timelines as much as possible even during holidays. They are great people to work with and I would highly recommend! Angel came out to assess the damage, walked us through the repair process, provided a fair & competitive cost estimate and even helped with our insurance claim. They were absolutely amazing to work with and have a full team of master tradesmen on staff from plumbers to electricians. They removed all the damage from our home and installed the most beautiful new showers and flooring.

Their crew is so skilled; Juan Carlos and Armando are amazing at framing and tile work. We loved their work so much that we are having them come back to replace some flooring for us in other areas of the house.

Used preferred construction to get the tenant improvements done on our second location. Dealing with the city can be a pain but these guys know what they are doing and made this process a lot easier than our first store. Received our permit plans, got them approved, got the work done and passed all inspections, all in under like 3-4 months total. We made the bathroom bigger, built a room, added plumbing and 4 sinks, added electrical, paint and floors. My first store took almost 9 months to open so working with a contractor who has experience in these processes will save you time and money later! I had both stores bid By 4 to 5 contractors and preferred constructions bid was always right in the middle, For my first store, I went with the cheaper option, but ended up, costing me more in time and money by doing that later. They kept a good line of communication throughout the entire process, and completed all the work they agreed to do. If I ever had any questions or concerns they were patient and responsive. If you’re looking for a good contractor to work with these are your guys!

We recently hired Preferred Construction for a bathroom remodel at our home and I can confidently say this was the best experience we’ve ever had with a construction company.

Angel Montero was our main point of contact and was incredible from day one. Super responsive, clear, and always on top of everything. We never felt out of the loop. Oscar, Yesenia, and Brayan were at our house every single day and were honestly amazing. They were respectful, clean, detail oriented, and took real pride in their work. You can tell when people care about what they’re building, and they absolutely did.

The quality of work was so good that while they were still working on our main bathroom, we asked them to take on additional projects, including remodeling a second bathroom in our home.

Everything turned out even better than we imagined. If you’re looking for a team that’s professional, skilled, and genuinely great to work with, you won’t find a better crew than Preferred Construction.

Seems like a good company to do your kitchen but I never heard back from them since September after asking for revisions on the very high estimate. They estimated me 14k for just demo and prep of a 10x10 kitchen. I understand being out sick but the person CC'd on the email didn't respond either. :(

Mr. Vry came out over 90 days ago to get information and specs on a home reno project in our kitchen and living area. He said he would provide a quote by the end of the week. Fast forward 6-8 weeks later and we still had not heard anything. I called the office and the receptionist said she will reach out and have him call us. He called later that day apologizing that he was busy and promised to email us that weekend. Well, that was over a month ago. To say he is unprofessional would be an understatement. I would hate to have hired him for a 6 week project because it would probably take him 6 months to complete!! Don’t waste your time contacting this company.

These guys are the best. They do great work and if you have any problems, they are quick to follow up and fix. Aaron is awesome. Great customer service.

Having two full baths done at the same time is stressful I interviewed five companies and drove all over the valley. Looking at showrooms. In the end I went with Barb. She is a contractor with a lot of experience. The bathrooms are perfect. Her employees are professional and dependable. Get ready for dust and crunchy floors and beautiful bathrooms when all is said and done.

Barbara Turns is not a designer nor a decorator. Please beware of this company. You will get disastrous design and decorating advice. On my job they ran over budget and behind schedule. 4 months in my house and one big nightmare. Two months after they finished, I had everything torn out and redone. Now I have a beautiful bathroom. Save yourself a lot of money and heartache. Go someplace else!!!!!

We had our kitchen remodeled by Designer Kitchens & Baths and absolutely love it! Barbara, Aaron, Ken and Rob were great. They listened to us and helped us get exactly what we wanted. We would not hesitate to call them again for any remodeling project!

Designers recently finished our bathroom remodel. It is beautiful!! Barbara listened to our ideas and suggested ideas of her own. We were able to meet with her to shop for tile, faucets, and countertops. Rob, her Superintendent, is great! We were given a printed schedule of day and time each phase of the remodel would occur. He was our go to guy for all concerns. Thanks Rob for continually being on top of the job. From the demo to finish, each and every worker that entered our home was hardworking and polite. Tony did a remarkanle job! Steven, with Adaven Plumbing, knew exactly what he was doing!! The tile guys, countertops, flooring and shower glass went in without a glitch. If you want your remodel done right, go with Designers!! Remarkable work!
Just a note: This was not the first remodel we have had done in Las Vegas. The others were nightmares!

We hired Aaron Vry and Designer Kitchens & Baths to upgrade our master bath. Aaron was very helpful with ideas that we hadn't thought of which really made our upgrade stand out. We were so pleased that even before the master bath was finished, we had Aaron draw up some changes to our master bedroom as well as to the fireplace area in our downstairs family room. Both turned out even better than we had envisioned. Our foreman, Ken, couldn't have been any better as were all of the subs that Aaron hired (who have been affiliated with DKB for many years). We were so pleased with the way all of the renovations turned out that we have recently hired Aaron to do another bathroom renovation. We highly recommend Aaron and DKB - professionals all the way.

While you will see one unhappy rating, our experience with Barbara and her team was positive. Despite the frustrations you will encounter going through a remodel, having Barbara on our side made it as pleasant as it could be and we could not be happier with the outcome. Our work is six years young now and everything still looks like new. She advised us properly and everyone who visits our home wants to know who did the work. Communication is the key to any successful relationship and we certainly recommend Designer Kitchen and Bath.
