After incurring water damage in our garage and home, N&M Construction was hired to do repairs. What could have been another problem instead turned out to be a pleasant, orderly, and responsive experience. We could not be more pleased with the work quality of the restoration, the supervisors/coordinators, and the workers themselves. Our home looks as if nothing happened. Could the results have been any better? We don't think so.

N&M Construction exceeded my expectations. Feeling overly ambitious my love and I attempted to remodel our kitchen. N&Ms team did amazing job taking down a wall, moving the electrical and repairing the drywall. We like them so much they are going to complete my whole. Adulting is hard.

We were given this info from the plumber. However we started a claim and it took 4 months to complete. There was always little communication on scheduling or I had to constantly follow up to have things repaired. It didn't feel like a professional company. It felt like friends of the plumber. Each part of the job most workers showed up in non company vehicles (that also just looked like friends of friends who knew how to do certain job aspects) versus like a real solid actual company. Next time I know to get referrals only from my insurance. When I did address any mishaps, it was corrected, but I felt like if I hadn't been that way it would have been ignored. 1st I was told the whole shower would be replaced, more money was requested from insurance and once that was approved they went back on estimate and said they were only putting things back not replacing which just seemed a bit off and a way to get extra money. If you look at other reviews it's similar experiences of not great communication and kind of just takes really long to get anything done. The carpet people that were contracted were very nice and were the fastest workers.
My advice would be get referrals from your insurance. This company also has no way of allowing you to pay and invoice and demand payment but it seems like once they got the check they didn't care how long it took which was exactly what I was trying to avoid.

All around N&M did a good job. I had repairs done after a house flood 3 years ago. I wasn’t pleased with some areas of work they did but accepted the finish. After a couple years I made a review on here with my dissatisfaction with a few things I believed were poor quality. They reached out immediately and the owner himself came out inspected the work. They repaired it quickly when they didn’t need to since it’s been a couple years and I signed off on the completion.
Just for that willingness to make it right after this long goes a long ways. Thank you guys

The rebuild experience was outstanding from beginning to end! The N&M Construction team demonstrated friendliness, efficiency, and dependability at every stage. Their effective customer service ensured that all tasks were completed to our satisfaction. Our newly rebuilt kitchen, family, and laundry rooms are impressive. The company builds their own kitchen cabinets, and they also rebuild the custom bookshelf in our family room. The new kitchen floor is immaculate, and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. Everything looks brand new! The most impressive aspect was their honesty and integrity. They finished all the work while remaining under budget! We got a refund!

Customer Service was the best I've ever experienced. Excellent Project Manager Carlos handled all my concerns and made sure everything was addressed. Second Project Manager Jose was equally responsive and involved. Workmanship was excellent. Workers were respectful of my home and pets and extremely polite. I was very worried after hearing horror stories about similar burst pipes and dealing with insurance and repairs. This company was so good. I can't recommend them enough.

What an excellent experience this was. Following a burst pipe in our home, N & M was on the job and at work immediately restoring the damage. They had an amazing crew for flooring (highly recommend) and all of the work was excellent quality. The project manager Jose did an outstanding job with such a tight timetable. We really appreciate all of your hard work and would recommend them for any repairs or renovations.

I was referred to N&M Construction following by the plumbing company that replaced my broken water heater after it leaked, causing damage to the drywall and insulation in my garage and interior closet.

N&M was very responsive and timely. Their communication was good. After my insurance company reviewed the repair estimate and authorized the amount to be paid for the repairs, Vanessa contacted me to confirm the damage. There was an issue with Vanessa about the applicability of my deductible, which was already addressed with the initial estimate prepared by my insurance company prior to N&M's involvement. Vanessa wasn't very professional with her handling of the matter, which resulted in myself contacting her supervisor, Nadia, to confirm the amount of the total damages (I have been in the insurance claims industry for nearly 28 years and know how the deductible is applied...LOL!). Nadia was able to confirm the total amount owed and made the referral to their repair department, who contacted me timely to begin the work.

The repair work took 4 days to complete and was done to my satisfaction. Marco was always professional (he did the drywall replacement), as were the plumber and carpet reinstaller. Diego followed-up timely and explained the process both during the repair period and after the repairs were complete.

I definitely recommend their service. If your insurance company is involved, make sure your deductible is being properly taken into account before proceeding with the repairs.

Update: work is complete and it turned out beautiful. They made every effort to make sure things were fixed and in the end I am happy and I would recommend them for your construction needs. The project manager Carlos is very professional and he made sure that this project turned out well. Nadia in the office is courteous and helpful. I will highly recommend them.

I was introduced to N&M Construction Inc. by a restoration company for remediating extensive water damage. They worked with our insurance company to ensure we received coverage as the policy provided. N&M knew exactly what documents they needed to move the claim forward. We first learned of this incident as we began a transatlantic cruise. Communication was difficult. N&M made it easier. The third job led to a total home renovation.

Jose, the owner of N&M Construction Inc., is an excellent communicator and available to answer my questions about the bid. The Project Managers were professional, respectful, and got things done promptly. The most outstanding Project Manager is Carlos C. He responded quickly to my calls or emails, kept me up-to-date, and offered suggestions. Carlos took the initiative to remedy anything he felt could be improved. He is the consummate expert and professional.

I live out of state, and if not for the credible and outstanding teams, it would have been problematic. They worked hard, cleaned up daily, and completed the projects quickly and as scheduled.

They exhibited excellent communication, professionalism, and workmanship. The credit goes to how responsive and accommodating N&M and Project Manager Carlos are in their interactions to meet customer needs. They graciously accepted and delivered products and purchases I sent to the office and got them to the job site.

The workmanship was very good, the employees are experienced, courteous, and respectful. There was never any hesitation regarding those annoying change orders. Everyone in the office is fantastic. They are knowledgeable, explain the forms and contracts. Explanations are provided with a warm, friendly, can-do attitude.

N&M is dependable, reliable, and great to work with. I am very impressed with the work completed on my home and would not hesitate to recommend N&M to anyone who wishes to renovate their home.

The last couple months have been an unexpected journey. On December 5th, we discovered our laundry room water valve had ruptured and flooded the area. Our HVAC company came out, replaced it, and recommended an insurance-covered restoration company. After leaving vacuums running as much as possible over the weekend, the restoration company connected us with N&M Construction for the greater repairs.

Our insurance company promptly came out and assessed the situation. Once Carlos, our Project Manager from N&M reached out to us on December 20th, things went into motion. N&M quickly had their own guys come out and measure everything to provide quotes to our insurance company. They stayed in contact with us throughout, and let us know what they expected to happen with our insurance, because N&M was doing everything they could to make sure we got the best outcome.

Once our insurance company approved the work, even though this was around the holidays, Carlos and his team began working after Christmas on Saturday the 28th. They would arrive, work several hours, and come back the next day ready to continue the project.

Throughout the entire experience, I repeatedly noted how extremely polite and respectful every single person was. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable as they did their work.

Carlos was prompt to respond to any messages sent his way when we had questions, and would offer to personally ensure things were taken care of as quickly as possible. If/when we noted anything that may have been overlooked, it was immediately corrected.

I am extremely satisfied with the work, timeliness, and demeanors of everyone involved in our project. Something that we were concerned was going to cause us to be living out of our bedroom for months was completed within a few weeks, and this is with the New Year being right in the middle.
