My wife and I were treated super nice the people that work there or a special kind of people they were very helpful they shohase of a new houset the people that stand out are Lindsay Bartow and Denise Gonzalez there was another lady that showed us carpets and stuff for the floor and I forget her name but she was super nice also so far KB Homes I highly recommend to anyone that is interested and purchasing a new home

Bad customer service.lots of problems after moving into the new KB Home. Not only that they do not want fix the problems until I contacted the corporate office. Customer service guy named Albert was trying to deny most of the issues including 2 sealing leaks and electrical problem. Almost all the house in the community had problems. They hire people from the street to save money .

4 months to build the home (which they shortened our city view windows to accomodate their building error) and over 12 months to work on their punch list (which is still incomplete). We have lived in our home (that was built in 2013) with green tape and white paint spots for over 13 months. The problem is that the Superintendent begged us to rate him a 10 for his work and agreed to do so (just one day prior to closing) and once we did, he vanished. Very friendly superintendents but the work is amateur and the job is unprofessional.

Was going to build a new KBHome. Signed the initial contract, gave them a 20K check.
There was a lot I wanted but it was not released yet. They promised me I would have first dip on the lot when it was release. 4 weeks go by before the lot was release. But now they just tell me that I will NOT have first dip as promised several time over the 4 weeks. "We are doing a drawing now - you want to be in it"
The fact that my realtor and I spend a lot of time on this, they had my 20K check for 4 weeks, I lost out in other properties pisses me off
KBHome (mangement) do not care about you as a customer. They are not interested in having happy customers - it is all about the profit.
I recommend staying away from this builder and go with another one.

For my wife & I's first home buying experience, we were very nervous but excited to experience the design process. KB Home Design Studio Las Vegas made the process simple. (It would also greatly decrease the anxiety if you did your homework prior to showing up before your 2-part appointment. )

Our designer, Alan Brandt was phenomenal throughout the process! He explained everything from the tiniest detail to the biggest differences to make your design standout.

Sure, the stress of deciding on what must stay or go is nerve-racking. (If you want the best, be prepared to pay for the best.) Either way, Alan was kind enough to talk sense on what should work for you, your family, and especially your budget.

Overall, KB Home Design Studio is a must visit if you plan on designing a home that you intend to stay in for a mighty long time.

Vanessa helped us design our dream home, and was seriously the most impressive, compassionate, and helpful person I have ever worked with in a customer service situation. We had a couple of snafus to get through that were surprises for everyone involved, and she helped us out through the whole thing. She was accommodating, friendly, and made us feel collected and calm. Thank you Vanessa. Give this girl a raise and promotion!!! She is a model employee.

Everyone on our design team were excellent (Virginia, Mallory, Javier, Wendy, Penny, Allen) They made the exhausting and stressful process of designing and wiring our new home super easy! There's a variety of choices available for options and upgrades with the KB Home; most, if not all, were of the options seemed reasonably priced.
I wouldn't want to do this again anytime soon but if do do it again, I'll definitely go with KB Home Design team.

I went there to select flooring options for my newly purchased home. Jasmine helped me go through all the options and went above and beyond to show how much she cares about her customers. She said she will follow up in a week and she did deliver her promises on time. Very professional and welcoming employee. Definitely A++ experience with Jasmine at KB Home Design Studio.

Great experience so far. We worked with Vanessa and Penny. Both worked extremely hard to get us exactly what we wanted for our new home. The house is just beginning to be built, but at this point everyone connected with KB has done their best to make this a great experience.

It was a great experience working with Natalie at the design center and Michelle, I would like to thank you for your experience and help in letting us make some final changes. Michelle you are the best...your overall design experience made for our wonderful appt.

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and do their best to make you feel comfortable while you are there. As long as you understand they are not there to design your house for you you should be fine. Prices for some upgrades are reasonable and some seem overpriced. Consider your options and take your time. They don't have everything under the sun so don't expect their showroom to be every home improvement center rolled into one but they do have a little of everything you would need.

We visited this design center to pick out home options for our KB home build in Las Vegas.
Lindsay our design consultant was super helpful and made this process much easier. So much to consider when building a home! Each consultant we worked with (electrical, flooring) was also great in getting those aspects covered sufficiently.
Parking for the design center was adequate. Masks were required during the appointment time and all items we looked at were cleaned afterwards.
Looking forward to our home being finished next year.

Excellent customer service, cordial and warm they took the time to ensure we had all our choices well presented. They thoroughly discussed and displayed different options and color schemes, flooring, paint, cabinetry combinations to make sure our home will get the best look to name a few! Great team to work with.

Kristen, Jasmine and Penny were fantastic! Kristen is great keeping you inform on your appointment and any questions that you have for her. Jasmine, let's you have the time that you need to select your choices and answer any question that you have and I might add if she does not have the answer she will get it for you in a very timely manner. Penny is the one to go to for all your flooring needs, she explains your choices in detail and will put you at ease when you finally make your choice. I hope I have her name right Gloria, was in training with Penny and did a very good job. Overall the KB Home Design Studio can be overwhelming especially if you don't take the time to look at the options before you go, but the team that I had was professional and did not pressure me to upgrade anything, it was a fun and thanks to them not a stressful time.

We just moved to Las Vegas and chose KB Home as our new home, very disappointed, waited 10 months to get our new house, less than a year, the roof on the 1st and 2nd floor started to appear very big The cracks in the door, the door lock has been upgraded, it can't be used since the first day we moved in, I told the person in charge about this problem, and said to send someone to fix it, and it's been 2 years, and we haven't seen a single one People come to repair.

Looking for a new Home, KB Home Design Studio can help you customize your basic Tract Home. Preview the Studio on Tuesdays by reservation only. Example- Lighting options require a Pre Option Wiring upgrade. Additional Outlets $125 each.

Can be overwhelming if one has never had custom built home. Overall its appears to be a fair process.

KB Home are 2x4 frame construction.
Pluses are Tankless Water Heater, Efficient Heat Pumps, Energy Efficient, along with Fire Suppression in line with PEX Water Feed., no copper pipe option. About 6 month Build Time from Date of Sales Contract.

KB Home prices includes two 4 hour build session with planners.

Add on Options are NV State Sales Tax Free and appliances covered by one year mfgr warranty plus 2nd year coverage by KB. Check for written NV State Sales Tax Agreements and Warranty Agreements, as I am parroting what I was told.

Not all options on display are available on all models KB Homes offer to Build.
Every Development Site and Model Home # has a limited Option Set Selection for each Category of Options at Studio and Catalog.
When you contract KB to build a home the options at the Design Studio are an added Options Contract with 10% Deposit at time of Order.

I would like to see a cell phone signal amplifier option which improves cell service inside a stucco home, mission style roof tiles. New developments may need to wait for improved service by cell phone vendors.

Other Builders DH Horton and Lenner offer build options

This is our first time experiencing a new build and it has been great so far. From our sales person Steve, to the design studio sales Virginia. everyone has been great. I appreciate everyone patience as I work through all my wants and needs. Lol

Virginia helped us with our options during the process and she was super detailed and it truly felt like she cared about our home. She’s definitely an asset to the firm! We love our new kb home!
