Had these guys come in to do some mold remediation. They fixed the area, rebuilt my bathroom and flexible with some improvements I wanted. Jesse was a great service coordinator and replied promptly and was with us every step of the way.

Not professional. Was given a quote that didn’t include all items. Then they tried to charge me double on the s
Day of scheduled service. For what? That’s the point of getting on site estimates, so that you get a straightforward price. Also be careful because of their contract. They tell you they will move everything into a room for you, but they are not responsible for any damage that they cause. I was left in silence on the phone instead of any reasonable explanation for price changes. Do yourself a favor. Buy shockwave online or vinegar and water, and do it yourself for 1/100th the price -
Great team of guys. Had my water line on my fridge break. I was out of town for 3 days. I got home and found my hole downstairs flooded. Oliver and his team came fast and started drying my house fast. They even helped with the water damage insurance claim. & $350 off my deductible. Thanks again guys.

My roof had a leak. Construction by Mirage fixed both the interior and exterior. Rachelle at the office coordinated everything expertly. I always knew where I stood in terms of timeline, billing, and costs, and Rachelle put in a ton of effort dealing with All State to maximize my insurance payout. Highly recommend!

We recently experience a massive flood due to our fire sprinkler system being accidentally set off in our retail space at The Forum Shops at Caesers. The Mirage team arrived on site very quickly, set up and got to work immediately. Thanks to their fast response, hard work, and ingenuity - they greatly reduced our down time, saved us a lot of money - and got our store back open very quickly. Craig provided constant updates and was on site at all hours to make sure things were going well, and more importantly completed safely so we will not experience any mold issues in the future. Highly recommend!

We recently hired Construction by Mirage to complete repair work at our home. We were needing this work done in a very short amount of time, and they were able to complete the work expeditiously. Jesse and his team consistently went above and beyond in their completion of the work, and were always very respectful and professional. We plan to use them again in the future.

Called this company and got called back within 10 minutes to set up the appointment for inspection. Got excited when I received a call from Jesse a couple of days later to let me know he was on the way to my property. But it has all been downhill from there. He came out on Friday morning at 8:30 AM to inspect the roof and told me he may not have the estimate ready that day and they are off on the weekends. So that being said I was expecting the estimate by end of business day on Monday. I did not hear from anybody all day on Monday, so Tuesday morning I sent a text inquiring about the estimate and get the response that things were a little crazy but he should have it done in the next day or two. Tuesday came and went and so did Wednesday, so today (Thursday) I reached out again asking about the estimate. Four days to receive an estimate for a roof repair? This is not customer service to me. I get back to all my clients the same day or within a 24 hour period at the latest. And here I am chasing them down for a response. Not happy!!!

We want to do a shout out to Oliver and Mirage Building Maintenance. We found mold in our house and Oliver and his guys(Enrique & Omar) got out to our house the very next day and started working on it. We were so impressed with how quick they took care of the problem and how hard they worked. And a big Thank you to Craig Hermann for sending these guys out to help us during this difficult time. You guys are the BEST !!!!

This company is honest. That is the most important for me in a company. They came out and inspected a water leak/mold/roofing issue. Talked me through the situation and quoted me a price. Professional and did not rip me off. Integrity, honesty and selfless service! Thank you Oliver!

Came out to give me an estimate from storm damage that I had. Very professional, knowledgeable and had my quote the next day as promised. You can sense the work ethic and honor of the company, which as most of us know, is very hard to come by these days.

I had a pretty serious problem with leakage around the windows on the front of my house facing southwest. I called Construction by Mirage to give me an analysis and they came to perform a thermal test that indicated there were some problems with water coming in above the windows near the roofline and was seeping down and damaging my walls on the inside. They removed all the drywall, treated the areas, and replaced the damage. They then had to remove the outside stucco that was not sealed properly and replaced it with new wood, membranes wire and stucco. They were clean, fast, timely and efficient. I highly recommend them for repairs. I even had them paint the entire outside of my house which now looks great. It was great to see a crew of workers get along so well as a team. It was a good testimonial to their leadership and training.

They did a great job and made the whole process stress free. Our house had flooded and needed to be restored back to how it was. A little mold grew from the water damage and they were very professional in the way they handled it. Great company I would recommend to anyone.

This company had us living out of our home for a whole year, no exaggeration. Constant miscommunication. No empathy. Constant lies! Constant errors. Clark county was tired of them making mistakes and even recommended me to fire them. It took approximately 4 months or more actually to get a permit submitted and it was wrong. They made us tell our plumber to not submit his own permit for our plumbing because they wanted to take care of all the permits so we don’t start from square one. Then at the end 5 months later telling us we had to have our plumber do it. Our plumber got the permit done in TWO DAYS! Our ins company also recommended the same thing to get new contractors since it was a lot of back and forth. Even the person who recommended them to us said they weren’t going to recommend anymore people to them. Everyone was shocked we still weren’t at home. They took our floors off for no reason and did secondary damage. The assistant Britney told us it would be approved by the ins company. The ins company denied it because THEY didn’t submit information stating our floors were damaged due to the water because the pictures showed NO DAMAGE! I personally don’t remember seeing any damage. But if there was there was NO need to take off ALL the flooring in the WHOLE rooms. And my stairs which wasn’t even near a window. Our roof flew off and water came in damaging our interior on one wall in two of my rooms and living room. The stair case is in between the two rooms no where near the windows and completely away from any type of damage. Long story short the little that my ins company approved us for I was able to get most of my home fixed with the big ole mess construction by mirage left us with. If I woulda stood with them I would still be out of my home! In a month my house is completed with permits switched over to us as home owners! Their profit and overhead they asked for was too high !! And the owner Craig literally told us we are not his priority! I told him we never were and he said since we fired him a month ago. Granted he told us he was going to help us get the floors approved after I fired them since he was aware a lot of the mistakes his assistant Britney made. And a month later I asked the status and that’s when he responded that comment. Granted they had been telling us the same response the WHOLE YEAR! I shoulda known it wouldn’t be any different sadly. I had to get money borrowed from my uncle and mother in law to pay to fix the problem they created! After we went through a traumatic experience with the natural disaster occurring to our home. Oliver wasn’t any help at all either. He was pretty rude at times and just liked yelling to intimidate people. The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER after experiencing a natural disaster to your home. Don’t hire them.

After extremely heavy rain and wind last weekend, we found a bit of water dripping into our hallway from the attic access. I found Construction by Mirage on Yelp, and reached out to them. Their response was immediate, and Oliver was at our home within an hour to inspect the roof. He was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and honest. He inspected our roof and told us that some tiles had loosened and/or shifted a little from the strong winds and that he was able to move them back into place, and that we should have no further problem. He would not accept any money for the time he spent. It is rare to find a company and an individual with this level of honesty and integrity. Obviously,, we hit the jackpot today. Not only will they earn all of our business in the future, but we will also recommend them to our friends without hesitation. I would give 10 stars, if I could. Thank you Construction by Mirage, and thank you, Oliver! Your quick response and kindness brightened our day!

Great experience, I needed roof repair due to wind blowing off some of my tiles and bird block was off position.
Craig used his awesome drone to examine the roof, which was very cool. He sent a timely report and estimate. The entire contract process was easy on line and the work was done promptly as promised.
Highly recommend this contractor. -
We hired this company to perform a mold remediation and, subsequently, extended their services to paint the interior of our home … what a mistake!
The work provided was substantially defective. In addition, the defects were not corrected despite numerous notices and opportunities to fix them. The company was on the job for over two months, and the painting job was never completed even though we were originally told the job would a few days.
The contractors exhibited inadequate supervision and were absent from the job site for the majority of the time.
The painters applied a single, thin coat of paint, leaving the previous paint color showing through. We ended up having to apply the additional needed coats of paint ourselves. During their time in our home, the painters performed glaringly insufficient drywall repair and texturing work. They got paint all over our home, including on the baseboards, carpet, tile, windows, toilets, mirrors, our bed, etc.
The business owner, Craig Hermann, perpetually attempted to make changes to the contract (adding additional charges without consent) during the duration of the project. After making numerous attempts to reconcile our grievances, we realized that our efforts were futile. We had to contact the state contractor’s board and eventually ended up in small claims court because the owner tried to sue over the multiple erroneous changes to our original contract.
In short, save yourself the headache and do not hire this company. They were awful and I wouldn’t want anyone else to be subject to their substandard work, unprofessional demeanor and questionable business practices. STAY AWAY!! -
Our new floor planks were taken off after asbestos and drywall had been removed. We were never told this would happen, there was no estimate to submit to our insurance. I had to pay out of pocket to put new flooring. We had been out of our home for 11 months due to Construction by Mirage’s constant miscommunication, errors, and inability to complete the job. We had to let go of this company and finish the job ourselves, otherwise we would still be out of our home. We asked the owner if he can look into what happened and he said we would need to go to his office to review their files. Something that could be done over the phone and insisted that was the only way to review this. We explained what our concerns were. We let him know that we could not get reimbursed for work that was not in the scope of work and that they billed our insurance for work they did not do, but none of that mattered to the owner because we had terminated their services. I see that they have good reviews online and I believed the reviews, I really hope these are honest reviews and I am the exception. I hoped that after talking to the owner he would make things right too, but he would like us to waste more of our time to go to his office and make a call to our insurance adjuster together to explain the situation, another thing that can be done remotely. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience. My main point of contact was Oliver, he seemed like a really good guy when he came and saw our place, and he assured us things would be taken care of. Whenever we called we were passed onto his office person Brittany, who constantly made errors in paperwork delaying the job. If you are already with construction by mirage I wish you luck.

Fantastic company! We needed some extra space to hold our electronics so Construction by Mirage came in and completely transformed our garage so that our equipment wouldn't burn up in the summer or freeze in the winter. They were communicative, quick, and now the garage is better than ever! Looking forward to our next project!

K. David Construction Company built me a beautiful home and completely transformed my space. They renovated my bathrooms, remodeled my kitchen, and expanded my bedroom and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The work is not only beautiful, but timeless.
Kyle truly has an eye for design and execution. There were moments where I trusted his vision more than my own, and I’m so glad I did!!! He absolutely overdelivered. His ability to see possibilities I couldn’t and bring them to life was incredible!
Beyond the quality of work, he was also very reasonable, communicative, and available throughout the entire process although he is a very busy man we never felt it. His team was professional, skilled, and great to work with. I would trust him with anything and recommend him a thousand times over.
If you’re considering any home renovations I know it can be scary out there. We are now in the process of submitting plans converting our garage into an ADU. Since he did so well with our home, the extension was a no brainer. He is 100% the person to go and trust him with ANY HOME renovations you are needing. Thank you K David Construction! We are so happy.
