Cordell Landreville and his team repaired my walls, cabinets and floor after I experienced a slab leak in my home. Every aspect of repair was professional and matched seamlessly with existing paint color and wood. The team were careful with moving appliances and furniture, an amazing job. When the work was completed Cordell's cleaning team arrived and no one would ever believe all the construction, paint, polish, wood that had been replaced. I've had many repairs done in my homes but Inspired Construction was by far the best!

I don’t write reviews often, but Inspired Construction truly earned this one. The first time I worked with Cordel & Jacqueline, I had just closed on a property that most people would’ve walked away from. It needed everything electrical, plumbing, layout redesign, you name it. I remember standing in the middle of the space thinking, “What did I just get myself into?” Cordel walked in, looked around, and instead of seeing problems… he saw potential.Fast forward a few months that “problem property” became one of the cleanest, most impressive transformations I’ve ever been part of. And that was just project number one. Since then, Inspired Construction has completed about five projects for me both residential and commercial ranging from full rehabs to targeted renovations of specific sections. Every single time, they’ve delivered beyond expectations. They are always on time, communication is clear and consistent and the quality of work is amazing!

Whether it’s a full scale rehab or refining one specific section of a property, I trust Inspired and their team completely. They treat every project like it’s their own investment.

This company was great. They patch a couple of walls, and patched up where we had a new HAVC system. And I can’t even tell where the patch is because it looks like a new wall. Great job.

I recently had my HVAC system replaced, which required repairing the drywall ceiling attic access--the original opening needed to be enlarged for the new furnace units to fit through. Swift Construction was contracted for the repair work--something Sierra Air had pre-arranged as part of its post-install care--and I am very pleased with the outcome. I thought it would be a quick patch-and-paint job but I was wrong. Francisco of Swift Constructions put in meticulous care and a remarkable attention to detail. The result is a clean, polished, professional work that respects the paint color (which matches the rest of the ceiling beautifully) but, foremost, the original bull-nosed design of the access trim. Remaining faithful to the architectural detail is important to me--something that Sierra Air had promised, and Swift Construction delivered. Too, communication with Francisco was effortless, apprising me of the work along the way. Last but not least, he left the work area clean, free of dust and debris.

The Swift Construction worker (Jeronimo A.) who worked on installing trim & painting it for a ceiling repair was very careful & conscietious. Before starting repairs, he wore shoe covers & covered my furniture. His work was good quality. He said he will return after Sierra Heating does their final check to caulk the attic access door so that there are no gaps.
