I have worked with many contractors in the past, however this team truly exceeded my expectations from the very beginning. From my first meeting with Ilan Gelberg, he set the tone for a smooth and well organized process. They also have a large showroom, which made it easy to see materials and design options in person and helped bring the vision together. He was also great at helping me source products for the project, which made the process much easier. He was proactive in helping anticipate and mitigate any potential issues and stayed in constant communication throughout to address any questions or concerns.

The team was punctual, professional, and consistently showed up on the days and times they committed to, which is something I really value. They remained responsive and solution oriented throughout the project, and I appreciated their attention to detail and follow through. Overall, I would highly recommend them for future projects.

First, I just want to say that my wife and I are extremely happy with how our house remodel turned out.
When we went to Greenso we were only planning on doing the floors and the two bathrooms remodeling. Greenso offered us a great deal to remodel the entire house to the dream home we always wanted.
All that being said, we gave them 5 stars. But it wasn’t all roses all the time. Anyone who writes a review and says that it is isn’t being honest about their experience in dealing with construction contractors because even though they did a great job in the overall final project, we definitely had our issues during the project.
I’m not going to go through and list them all but a couple I feel I wish I’d known before we started. One big one was that we should have done a full walkthrough with this great deal in hand and went over in detail room to room what was included in the price tag and what was going to add extra cost to the project. Things we thought to be included, got started, and then being told were any extra add-on could have been avoided or we would have added them in because we wanted them. But not everything upped the price tag. Ilan, Greenso, was always open and insightful with overall ideas and details though out the house to help us make it our dream home. Next would be the promise made that any and all touchup painting needed for construction damage and upgraded areas could be accommodated. The paint in our house was 10 years plus old and unfortunately, we didn’t have any extra sitting around to match with so try as they did it just couldn’t match up properly. In the end we hired an outside contractor to come in and fully paint the house from top to bottom. And lastly, we had what most people tell us are just common issues with subcontractors. Needing to stay on top of them so the details in the project came out right. The irregularity of showing up or not showing up to do work. Unfortunately had one sub do the installation of our new stair completely wrong, when Ilan, Greenso, was made aware it was no argument it was remove it and fully redo it.
I’ve shown some photos of a few areas before and after and as you can see it’s a full transformation, as if we basically went out and bought the dream home we always wanted. Yes, there were issues but they all got handled professionally and honestly with the intention to always make us happy. If we had to go back and redo this project knowing all we do now we would definitely still choose Greenso and if a future project comes up, they’ll be our first call. And my wife and I want to say, “Thank you Greenso!!!” “Thank you Ilan, Juan, and Team!!!!”

We had a full home renovation and we are so happy with how everything turned out. The communication, workmanship and cost were all excellent. The whole team made this a positive experience and they turned our dated home into our dream home. We had our kitchen, all 3 bathrooms, flooring & paint throughout even converting a closet into a bar - they made everything look perfect! The process was enjoyable because they were so professional. We would highly recommend GreenSo to everyone. I know they made our house go up in value. We are extremely happy everyday living here now. A+ in every area. We were always kept informed of every aspect, the work was done clean, they showed up on time everyday and they paid attention to every detail plus offered excellent design advice. Such a positive experience.
