Chris built out a fire place in my LV home. He was able to provide me a quote via phone and schedule me within a months time, and it only took 4 days! He is extremely communicative and fairly priced.

Chris came out and hung an awning for me. He worked efficiently and honestly. I’d have no trouble using him for other future projects. People that aren’t afraid of doing something right the first time are far more valuable when you’ve been burned by those who aren’t. Chris does it right the first time!

When we had an urgent need for a highly-qualified framer during our demo, Chris from Clean Slate came out within a couple of hours. He framed a door into a load-bearing wall and we're thrilled with the results. We can sleep easy tonight knowing that the wall is now supported. The work is strong and neat and they even cleaned up after the job. His communication is great, he's very professional, and the pricing is clear and fair. Highly recommended!!!

We had a wonderful experiences with this company. They are Handymen, contractors, and carpenters. They handled a few jobs we had, drywall, removed popcorn ceiling, fixed our washer. We are planning a repair on our retaining wall. These guys do it all with fast, epic craftsmanship and on time. Chris and Brian are the best. Brian answers the phone no matter what time it is. No question is too small. Chris and his team are professionals through and through, no job is too small or too big. Clean Slate Construction delivers every time.

Chris was amazing. Very responsive and professional gave a quote in advanced with details of the work to be done. Once the work was completed we was provided pictures and invoices. They found an additional issue while doing the work and completed same day with reasonable rates. I live in California and my mother resides in my Las Vegas house so hiring a contractor from afar I was a bit nervous, but Chris and his team did an amazing professional job and I can’t give them enough kudos. They helped with replacing the floor base, a door and frame, an outside pipe with a leak. Great job overall. We referred them to our neighbor, and we will definitely refer them to other people as well as use them in the future.

Love this company. Chris bid was detailed itemizing the materials and labor to do the job of waterproofing my observation deck flooring which was cracking on several places. I waited for him to get his license before he did the job. He's honest and the crew was respectful. Any concerns I brought to his attention, he took care of it. I highly recommend this company to do your home renovations.

We needed our bathroom redone and are so glad we picked Clean Slate! I had two other estimates and gentlemen come in, but Chris was very thorough, open, and understanding and what we needed, but also could afford. We will definitely have him come out to do more jobs! The whole crew with Clean Slate is amazing and I cannot say that for others who send out their salesman and then have a different crew come in and do tge work with no idea what the salesman ever said or promised to you. Very happy with this choice.
