While the community itself possesses a distinctly beautiful aesthetic and environment, a major drawback for certain prospective buyers is the current, restrictive vehicle policy targeting commercial vehicles. The governing body is actively working to prohibit all commercial vehicles, even those belonging to homeowners. We are currently involved in an ongoing, organized effort to fight this rule, but unfortunately, the outlook for keeping commercial vehicles on the premises is not favorable. If you own a commercial vehicle, you should seriously consider this significant limitation before moving in, as the community appears set to enforce a full ban shortly.
