Home Inspector reviews in Las Vegas, Nevada

Chris was very easy to work with. His years of experience made me comfortable with the inspection.

I was an out of state buyer and my realtor recommended Chris and RC Home Inspections to do my housing Inspection. After his findings I was able to contact him personally and discuss each of the findings which in turn helped me make the decision to purchase the home. Highly Recommend!!

Very satisfied with the efficiency of the inspection. Even more impressed with the written report. Revealed many things that we did not catch. Would highly recommend REAL Choice Home Inspections, Inc to anyone that is looking for the job to be done right. Great job and thank you so much.

Chris did the inspection on the condo that we were going to purchase, he did an awesome job for us. He was very careful not to miss anything. It was our first time in going through an inspection process and he helped us to feel comfortable and answered any questions we had. He took great pictures and explained what each picture showed and the problems that he found. He helped to calm our fears in what he might find. Due to the seller's issues in the end the condo could not be sold to us. So we went looking again and found another condo. Chris was hired to do the inspection on the 2nd condo we are now purchasing. Once again, did an awesome job, took excellent pictures, helped to answer any questions we had. He is a really nice person and has a friendly smile that helps to calm your fears. He gave us a fair price better than what we have seen in other companies. We would recommend him and his company give you the best price you will find. He will do an excellent job that you will be glad you hired him. We did.

Extremely responsive, has great availability, gets the report back same day, does a very thorough and professional job. Also Chris is very friendly and easy to work with. Can't see a reason to use anyone else.

Chris and Mike were both very professional and responsive. Mike came out the very next day. He arrived when he said he would and did a thorough job inspecting my home. I would definitely recommend.

Chris was to the point, professional, prompt. He focused on his inspection, answered my questions and offered explanations after he was finished. Report was self-explanatory. Highly recommend Chris for your Inspection Services.

Chris was one stand up guy! Very polite with positive energy. He went in depth with any type pf concern I might have. Did everything with real professionalism and a timely manner.

Friendly and super easy to schedule with. He's very detailed about everything and included extras that were not even part of the contract which was helpful.

As a previous five time home owner, I am very happy to endorse this company for a thorough and comprehensive home inspection. The inspection and subsequent report that was produced was the most meticulous and easy to understand report that I have reviewed. Chris was always very easy to reach, after the report was generated, for any follow up questions and explanations that I needed. Due to the great price and amazing service that was provided, I absolutely believe that any future homeowners would be doing themselves a disservice by not using this company. Real Choice Home Inspections is peoviding me with a real piece of mind with our real estate investment. Thank you Chris.

When I told Chris that I was shopping around for someone to do my house inspection he said that he’s been doing this type of work for a long time and let me tell you he really meant what he said.He was able to point out problems that the seller didn’t know was there or what they where and over all his experience really showed

As a real estate professional, I have many options when choosing a home inspector. Chris Mitchell and his team always are prompt and attentive when I need a property inspection done. They provide a great report at a competitive rate. I always feel that I am getting an honest inspection from them! Real Choice Home Inspections is my go to on all of my deals! Thanks Chris!

Incredibly impressed by the promptness and thoroughness of their service. I didn't expect DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY to reveal a detailed view of the property and find some items with the Roof that we probably would have missed. The delivery site with all of the inspection notes was clear and easy to use. Again, very pleased with the quality and presentation of the inspection; I'd highly recommend.

I highly recommend Real Choice Home Inspections. Chris is very communicative and professional. The service is fast but still very detail oriented.

After my wife and I decided to buy our dream home in Las Vegas, we hired REAL Choice Home Inspectors, and I’m glad we did. Chris was very knowledgeable about potential issues and thorough in his inspection. He had details about ever book and cranny, it seemed. He noted several issues with the home that could have cost us thousands of dollars later on down the road. As a result, most of the issues were fixed by the seller before we signed on closing documents for the purchase. We would highly recommend REAL Choice Inspection. They’re legit!!

Rick inspected our property and did a great job including details on the report during our property purchase. After purchasing the property, the new property manager said her gardener said our irrigation system is completely broken and needs to be replaced for. I called Chris, the Owner of Real Choice Home Inspection right away, asking how come this was not mentioned in the report. Chris, happened to be in the area and offered to stop by right away. He inspected the irrigation system and told us that there was nothing wrong with it. Small leakage and valve can be changed for a small dollar amount. I am an out of state landlord. Chris not only helped me save hundreds of dollars; most importantly he made me realize that I can't always go by what the other people are telling me. I appreciate Chris who takes care of his past customers even though they have done with their job. They are an honest company who cares about customer service.

Thanks for the detailed home inspection Chris Mitchell. I didn’t expect to be on vacation when I got the house I wanted. Chris made sure I got a detailed home inspection with photos, points of interest and concerns and temperatures, remedies to fix any issues. The drone photos were great for seeing the condition of the roof as well. Again thanks for everything. Would recommend Real Choice Home Inspection to anyone looking for an inspection.

Chris was awesome. Showed early, went through everything and talked to us about things he found. He was even willing to go back out and reinspect the items that were found defective during the original inspection.

Excellent job! The details and explanations were very clear to me. The pictures showed exactly what was discussed. Chris also took the time to explain some of the issues in person which was very reassuring. I would use REAL Choice again and recommend them highly.

Chris truly stands out as the epitome of excellence. His swift responses and willingness to accommodate schedule changes for tenants demonstrated exceptional dedication. His meticulous attention to detail greatly enhanced the value of the report, providing in-depth insights into concerns and recommendations for further investigation. Honestly, he could command a higher fee for his exceptional service. I will be using him for my next investment property.

I have used Real Choice Home inspections many times over the years. When my clients ask if I know a company, I feel confident referring them to Chris and his team of inspectors. They are knowledgeable, friendly, they take the time to explain what items they find that need repairs and go over these with buyers.
