The woman answering the phone is very rude rushed me with my question didn't let me take time to get my words out all I had was a simple question about pay roll and she hung up as soon as she finished answering my questions not even considering if that was my only question she is very rude in person as well not a good person to have working and just in general

WARNING! Do not use this service! The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. The tech couldn't make it to my home, how could they ever fix anything. I was assigned a work order with them and they were so horrible to work with that it was canceled before work could ever get done. I refuse to work with this company! HORRIBLE business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was told over a week ago that my part was going to be in and then they order the wrong part. Two weeks with no washer? Hire better technicians to diag correctly. Shame on you guys! Also, American Home Sheild shame on you for contracting with these guys.
