Called about a issue, and the rep i spoke to was constantly talking over me, i asked her to not talk over me, and she continued to do so. Then she hung up on me. Horrible customer service, and charged me $360 for "modifications" that were not done.

Similar issue as everyone else, no communication, my technician disappeared for almost 3 hours and said his van broke down just to show up and said he couldn’t fix it and needed help.
