Recently we had the ducts cleaned in our 30 year old home.The technicians Devonta and Christian were professional and thorough in all aspects, they fully explained the procedure and followed up with videos. They made sure our home was as they found it when they finished. This was our third experience with DWS, all have been equally positive and reasonably priced. We strongly recommend DWS.

Desert West responded promptly and scheduled a diagnostic of my old a/c the next day. Damian was professional, friendly, and provided excellent service! I received estimates to repair vs replace my system, and he also did some maintenance I wasn't expecting. I'm very happy with my experience so far :)
