My neighbor across the street had noticed and heard the water rushing out of my house. I had issues with other plumbing companies that I have had to use through my home warranty for Ideal plumbing, which had created more plumbing issues in my house than they fixed. My insurance I had for almost 15yrs dropped me because Ideal plumbing Couldn’t fix the pinhole leak. I had the first time which created a secondary leak in my home. They came over within a month of them coming out and doing more destruction in my house. Yes, I canceled my policy and will never get a home warranty again. . My neighbor is aware of my past issues with companies. He said he uses Fetch a tech. We both have rescue dogs and you get a 10% discount by using their services. Marcy was the first PLumber who came out to evaluate the situation. We discovered my Water softener was installed improperly and also is not big enough for the size of my home as a secondary. She was thorough efficient very personable. She did offered the program they have for regular maintenance on plumbing and air being my house is close to 20 years old and the cost to do Program was less than what I was paying America home warranty, which only sent out the worst people creating more problems in my house. I said yes, because my neighbor was the one who referred Fetch a Tech after his water heater exploded and flooded his house. After Marcy and I went over the problems With the water softener, and even though I had shut off the main water valve, she explained why I was still having water run through the home. I did pay them to remove the water softener and Chris was the second employee who came and he was also just as personable. Went over a lot of details of what I had gone through. Being my Neighbour recommended them, and I was very satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend them to other people. In addition, I did sign up for less money than the horrible home warranty company to have them do regular maintenance on my heating and air.

Yesterday, inadvertently, my wife flushed her glasses down the toilet... I called Fetch a tech and they scheduled me for a visit the very next morning. They sent out a tech (Sebastian) and he was able to not only find the glasses, but he was able to get them out without any damage to them! Sebastian was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. He talked about a couple recommendations and took great care in re-installing our toilet, re-caulking and cleaning up after all was done! Thanks Sebastian, thank you Fetch-a-tech! Appreciate the promptness and professional attitude! I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Edwina was very thorough & informative on what needed to be done to keep our plumbing in good shape. She spent a great deal of time at our house inspecting all our plumbing. We were very surprised how bad our water was. We did not know our softener was not working, our water pressure is way too high creating issues & our water heater valves need to be replaced. Had no idea how much damage the water is doing to our pipes & not good for us either. So glad they came out.

Excellent customer service from the first call to job completion. Met with Johnny and Dave for the estimate. Gave me a fair price with Veterans discount and an additional discount for having dogs.
Klayson was the lead tech who did the installation.
Excellent service and communication.

Sebastian was awesome. He entered wearing booties - big plus. He explained everything he was doing, showed me pictures of the toilet as he went along. Now I'am waiting for the Hydro Jetting for the sewer line. I highly recommend Sebastian at Fetch a Tech.

I had an outstanding experience with Fetch A Tech. They were able to get to me on a Sunday to fix a backed up kitchen sink. But the star of the show was Andrew, my technician. He was knowledgeable, polite, tidy, and respectful of my home. Just a lovely young man. He discussed options with me and explained the solutions thoroughly so I could make the best choice. I feel the more thorough service will prevent the drain from clogging again vs just continuing to snake it, saving 7s money in the lon run. I highly recommend this company and strongly suggest you request Andrew D. as your tech!

My Water Heater was having issues. These guys came out to my house within 1 hour of my phone call for a Free estimate. After determining that my water heater was on its last legs they gave me two options to fix it. 1 was a repair and the other was a total water heater replacement. In the end they gave me a quick temporary repair that Worked! and they didn't charge me for it! Wow!! Who does that these days? Great service! Great communication!

Best service we have ever had; total saviors…the day before Thanksgiving too. Jose and his apprentice were as professional and focused as two technicians can be. Truly top notch, non-stop movement on accomplishing the mission. Thanks again. Cleaned out the entire system, shiny like new…first time since 1976 when it was built. Horrible build up, they jetted the pipes and filmed video for us to show it shiny and new and smooth again!!! Unreal, thank you technology and the techs that know how to use it! Truly great experience.

Sebastian came to do an estimate on a possible plumbing job. He is knowledgeable, approachable and upfront. I learned a lot about the water we use and drink on a daily basis and how and what to do to protect our health. I have to say he's a top notch plumber who's not afraid to share his knowledge and willing to work out a plan with me by being transparent.

I have been using this company for several years. Since I bout my home. They are a well rounded company that is willing to work hard. Every technician they have sent to my home has been extremely prossional and knowledgeable of the tasks need to be done in the home. They ensure you understand the ins and outs of what is needed for the health of your home. Ivan Rubio was who i worked with today and he sat down and made sure i understood all of the needs/wants that i could have for my home.

Services I have gotten done range from AC replacement, redoing the air ducts is the house, hot water heater, plumbing replacement (including toilets), and so much more.

They offer financing the break down the expensive jobs. Their loyalty program helps save you a good amount. And even better they care for the animals in your home. I will continue to work with thia company for the years I live here in Las Vegas.

I requested someone come out to drain my pipes as a preventive measure. Juan was the Tech that was sent. He was great and walked me through every step of the way. He put a camera down the pipe and showed me everything was fine and I didn't need my pipes clean. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He was great. I would recommend this company to anyone who has plumbing issues. They are reasonably priced and professional.

Andrew came out today to flush my water heater and remove the built-up white hard-water sediment. While inspecting, he immediately noticed that the expansion tank above my water heater was extremely corroded and needed replacement — and he handled it all right away. He was super friendly, professional, and thorough, walking me through every step, explaining my options clearly, and making sure I fully understood what was being done.

It’s rare to find someone this knowledgeable, honest, and courteous. I felt completely comfortable the entire time, and the service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Andrew and Fetch-A-Tech — I’ll definitely be calling him again!

I called Fetch A Tech and received same day service. The Tech was friendly and professional. I thought it would be discounted since I'm a member, but I paid full price, which was a bit higher than expected. Other than that I totally recommend this company!

Fantastic service. Juan and Sebastian arrived early and gave us the full rundown on repairs, and gave us multiple options for repairs to better fit our budget. Definitely recommend these guys for plumbing work.

Andrew was awesome! He was fast, friendly and efficient. He did plumbing on my bathroom sink. I had every item/part necessary for the repair. All Andrew had to do was install. It took him 25min and his office charged $259.00 I feel I pd $100 too much. Fetch a Tech rates don't encourage great relationships with neighborhoods regard repeat biz. I understand its a business but I won't use them again.

I had Sierra come out first for my toilet - fearing they'd tell me it was a huge repair job. Instead they had it unclogged in nothing flat and it was less than $100.00. Then my air conditioner stopped cooling off. They came out and had it running again and only charged me for the emergency visit. They did tell me I'd have to eventually replace the compressor however for about $2000. Thinking I needed to get a second opinion, I made the mistake of asking Fetch a Tech to come out for the second opinion. Thankfully Sierra's tech had taken pictures of the unit as he left it. Nikki comes out for Fetch a Tech and next thing I know she's telling me I'll need to replace the whole unit for $22,000 immediately. I explained I don't have that kind of money and would be open to other ideas for $10,000 or less. They just kept going on the $22,000 figure and refused to hear me that I would not spend that kind of money on this issue. Next thing I know, she gets her boss on the phone who starts running my credit to see if I can get financing. I explained I didn't want financing, but he kept saying "well just in case it blows and you need it it doesn't hurt to know". When they realized I couldn't get financing for that amount, she suddenly just leaves. No discussion on repair options or cheaper replacements. Five minutes later I realize why she bailed out of there so fast as I have hot air coming out of the vents and she's gone. I called Sierra up who thankfully had taken photos of when they left proving this chick had unplugged wires, leaked oil, blew a fuse, and then just bailed and that's when I had only asked her for a second opinion - not to touch anything. He told me I could have had an explosion on my hands! He got it running again but to repair the damage she did to my unit cost me $700.00 and a day of sweating for me, my daughter and our two rescue dogs. I'm a senior by the way, disabled and live on a fixed income as well as take care of my adult disabled daughter - so I don't appreciate what Fetch a Tech pulled on us at all! I've had four techs out from Sierra so far, and every one of them have been capable and honest. I'm signing up for the maintenance plan and will be using only them from now on. I would NEVER call Fetch a Tech again for a thing! Let's say it was an honest mistake - then why did she bail like this when they realized I didn't have $22,000? Why didn't they talk to me about other options? They are the kinds of scammers I see all the time in Vegas! Beware!

This is a horrible company! This is bait and switch! My husband was a plumber so I know when I'm talking about! First they send a guy out instead of sending the tech who's going to do it and then he calls his boss and they give you something that's double the price of what even Roto-Rooter would charge you. Once they decide something they don't want to back down and just do what you ask them to do.. I had a simple sink clog the run was 35 feet! They wanted to jet the whole line main line for no reason Other than to get $250 instead of the advertised $69! Everything in house draining fine! They're nothing but BS do not use them! Do not! Just taking advantage of people who don't know!!!!

We called Fetch A Tech to help us determine why we couldn’t get the pilot light on our six-month old Rheem water heater lit. They sent a tech to check it out. After somewhat assessing the situation and continuously consulting with lady in office, it was determined that probably the only thing would be to replace the water heater which included extensive repairs because of the age of the property. Suspecting something suspicious, we declined the offer.

THE NEXT DAY WE CONTACTED ANOTHER COMPANY. Tech came out, and after a very short time, determined six-month-old water heater was fine; and then lit the pilot light!!
No charge.
