This is worst company to get service from they are very unprofessional and very unknowledgeable. I had service done on my air conditioning and had to call them back three different times. The third time they sent the service manager by the name of Stuart he was just as bad as the other techs I had to end up calling whole different A/C company to get the job done correctly. Please BEWARE I would hate for anyone to go through the same experience I went through.

Technicians have been out at least a dozen times in the past 4 months to fix our freezers. At this point it just seems like they're trying to rip off the company.

Unprofessional company. A loved one called me in tears after an employee driving a Nextech company van stopped beside them in traffic, opened his door, and ran over to the window demanding for it to be rolled down, while hitting their car with his fists. While my loved one admitted to accidentally pulling out in front of him, I frankly don't care what inconvenience was caused to him. Nobody was hurt, there was not even an accident. No individual, let alone one driving a COMPANY vehicle, should ever get out of their car and confront someone in that aggressive manner.

Attempted to reach the company multiple times to speak to a supervisor, and have received no contact back. It's one thing to have a bad employee, but another to ignore that employee's inappropriate behavior. It appears this company does not care who they employ, or the character they display when driving their company vehicles.

Just wanted to say that this CMS Nextech guy completely ran a red light at a spot where people tend to run red lights while distracted. Saw him using his laptop while driving. Van number 963 on on 10/3/2022 at 9:44AM in Denver, CO. Got it on my dashcam if you would like me to email it to you guys.

Pokes along in the passing lane of the interstate texting and won’t get over to let traffic flow.

I unfortunately encountered one of this company's drivers in Illinois on I-70 East between St Louis & Effingham, IL. today. He was playing with his phone instead of driving his van. He was texting and talking with his phone up to his head. He would get down to 55mph in a 70mph zone and then speed up when I tried to pass him. I called the Illinois State Police and reported him. I hope they pulled him over and gave him a ticket before he caused an accident. I definitely won't be doing business with this company.

I have reached out to this company countless times and haven’t heard a response back. On July 27th 2024 at 3:30pm a nextech vehicle door-dinged my passenger side with their back doors. I’ve left emails, voicemails and even left my contact information with someone to get a call back becuase they’re supervisor was out. i’ve been very patient but it has been far too long without a response. The driver that hit my car was a younger man but he was accompanied by his father who was also a nextech employee. The son was nice and said he would grab his dad so we could exchange information. The father stormed out super mad and tried to blame me for the accident and made this huge deal saying it wasn’t them. I then let him measure the dent and it matched up with his door hight. He went on cussing saying that the company has to deal with it and he can’t do anything. Here we are almost 2 months later and nobody has tried to reach out to me. Very unprofessional! I’m not the type to bash businesses in their reviews but if this doesn’t get your guys’ attention, i don’t know what will.
