Cooling issues were becoming a frequent headache until I decided to get my A/C system serviced. The technician was prompt, arriving just after lunch, and clearly knew his stuff. He explained everything in a way I could understand and left no mess behind. Now, my home is cool and comfortable again. I’m relieved and grateful for such a thorough job!

I found them on Groupon, price is different from what we see on Groupon but definitely worth it. You can tell the difference right away, I already offered my friends and family they all gonna schedule it. I will hire recommend it.

We bought this offer from Groupon even though it had expired they were still willing to stand behind the offer. After a little investigating found out if your intake in the ceiling was not clean up to their standard, the upsale would be $75. Went ahead and made an appointment but was notified their truck might not be able to reach my second story townhouse. In the end they callled and had to reschedule and that never worked out.

Brandon showed up on time and was professional. He did a good job educating on what he was doing and why. A breakdown on coats ahead of time would have been nice, like a pricing sheet. But there wasn't any pressure to purchase the additional services.

Bought a Groupon to support local small business. My appointment was between 10 -12pm and Brandon said rang the doorbell. I didn’t hear it and he left. I didn’t get a call or text after I text him asking for status. I called Brandon at 12 pm asking him for status and was told I didn’t answer. I told him I understand but why didn’t he call I had the phone next to me waiting. He said he agrees and I really don’t understand why he would come all the way down and ring my doorbell once and leave. Customer service is important when running a business. At least try to attempt to call your clients. Got my money back from Groupon and will be seeking a more professional company.

I had a horrible experience with this company and the owner Brandon Frazier. He cancelled on me twice. Then when I had to go INTO LABOR and was at the hospital giving birth to twins he came out and did the work and manipulated my friend into overpaying him for services I did not request or agree to. At no point did HE call ME, the homeowner directly. He was never contrite for missing TWO appts one because he forgot his ladder. He was unprofessional and literally argued a FOUR DAY POST PARTUM PREGNANT woman about refunding $30. I was willing to pay him $150 of the $220 he charged me, which is FOUR TIMES the Groupon and twice what my home warranty would have charged for the same services so he still would have gotten paid. Just a lack of professionalism, customer service, basic courtesy, and really human decency. I was nearly in tears by the time I got off the phone with this person.

Check all costs before you decide what you want to do. There are hidden costs of him cleaning your heating units at $200 plus each, I don’t think that was necessary considering I still have the same amount of dust in my house that I had before he came. He was professional and nice, he showed me before and after pictures of the vents that were a lot cleaner, but I still have a ton of dust in my house. I don’t think I needed the cleaning of the units at over $200 each. I think all he did to those was blow air and vacuum out some dirt in them. The day Afterwards one of my units made a loud banging noise after he cleaned it. We has to call The HVAC guy and he said it wasn’t the cleaners fault. Brandon did agree to pay for the labor and we paid for the parts to fix our heating unit. Therefore I have a very mixed review.

I bought a Groupon for $40 to have 8 air ducts cleaned & sanitized. I did have more than 8 vents & the total was significantly more at $275. The two technicians did not have change of $5 even though they knew prior I would be paying cash & refused to get it for me stating they were late for another call. It was never mailed to me either. Not the end of the world, but very unprofessional to not be prepared. Furthermore a year later my ducts were checked & were found disconnected in several areas which had caused significant a/c deficiency & high bills. Checking the connections was supposed to be included in their service & I contend that was never done. The mad rush to leave my property at the end without even giving my change, or offering a receipt had me suspect to poor service, or perhaps other shady business going on. It’s also interesting that after being in business over five years they have a mere 11 reviews. Is this company really even in business?

Brandon was very professional and provided excellent service. He was very thorough and explaining the importance of cleaning your ventilation system and furnace. He provides digital pictures of before and afterwards. Which was incredible to see how much does you're actually breathing in. immediately after the cleaning we all noticed a huge difference in the air circulation just pure the AC was better it was a huge difference. I highly recommend getting your vents cleaned and using his services.

Brandon was honest about which services were indicated and which services I didn’t need. He did an inspection of the insulation, furnace, cold air returns, etc. That honesty lead me to hire him today, instead of just getting a quote. I thought getting vents cleaned was sufficient, he explained why manually cleaning the surface of the furnaces is needed so that the dust and dirt are not recirculating within the system. He takes before and after pictures. Maybe I won’t be sneezing everyday after this!

Jason did an excellent job! He was thorough and knowledgeable. The service was amazing and he took his time ensuring all my air ducts were clean. He educated me about my air ducts and hvac system and shared before and after photos. I highly recommend this company! They are trustworthy, reliable, and have great customer service! I had a great experience with Breathe Clean Air and Energy. I can already see a difference in the air flow. The techs Cle'Andre and Jonathan were really professional and kept me informed on the whole process. They did an amazing job!

Highly recommend this company. They were professional and I am looking forward to cleaner air now. The machine that was used was huge and they sealed every duct while they worked and even vacuumed before they left as well as covering the furniture near the vents.
I adopted 2 dogs that are a little rambunctious. I kept them outside most of the time but the techs were so kind and made my maltipoo feel at ease. He ended up sleeping on the couch towards the end.
Always nice to have kind people and animal lovers working in your home.

Andre & Jonathan were very professional, knowledgeable and polite. They were efficient & tidy and cleaned up the work area when finished. Excellent work, would recommend Breathe Clean to anyone looking to have their vents & ducts cleaned.

Wonderful service and very helpful! Fair pricing! Andre and Jason were great! We notice a big difference after the air duct cleaning and sealing. Totally worth it. Everyone should atleast get their ducts tested to see if they have any major leaks. We had no idea till we got tested during the cleaning!

We wanted to use our garage for a so called "man's cave" BUT during the summer at these high temps there's no way. We decided to install a split unit and again my HVAC company "Breathe Clean" Jason & Christian came out, installed the split unit and thanks to both Jason & Christian's effortless work, we have another area for entertaining our guests comfortably during the 109 degree heat. We "LOVE" this companies work ethics, they're friendly, very knowledgeable, dependable, always walking us through the installation process. We've gotten so close to Jason we consider him as our family! :)
