Normally I would say this is a very biased review, because I have known Sam for most of my life. Until recently we had always used bigger brand named companies because they were recommended. Those days are over. These past two months have been financially painful to say the least with little in return in A/C performance. Last week, I called Sam to get a second opinion on where we were headed. I explained our circumstances and recommendations and Sam didn't agree with the assessment given to us by another competitor. His instincts were correct as he discovered our problem was minor at best (faulty time delay) and he fixed the situation and was on to his next job. He saved us quite a bit of money, but that's not even the best part. Sam went out of his way to contact me at least half a dozen times to make sure everything was running properly. That meant more to us than anything.
Honest, Knowledgeable, Timely and most of all Pride in the Work. I won't hesitate to call Sam again. Thanks again Sam.
