Fabian came to check out our heating issues and gave us multiple options to help us fix the heating in the attic. Sierra was the best affordable option vs other quotes we had received. Since our parts were still under warranty, Fabian fixed our heating the same evening. Great customer service.

We have been so happy with the service and professionalism of Sierra. We use them for all our hvac and plumbing needs (including installation of our soft water system) and are now members because of our experiences with them. They genuinely try to exceed expectations and make their customers feel valued. Today we dealt with Ricardo (technician) and Tyler the service manager on a hvac issue. Both were a pleasure to deal with and again they went over and above to solve and fix the issue that we were having.
We are loyal Sierra customers and highly recommend them. -

It was good. Jeremy explained every concern that we had and was very knowledgeable of the systems that were discussed for our own needs. Only fret was the price. Very expensive, but the system we chose we feel will give us more peace of mind for our air control needs. We do like the wifi feature for the new thermostat as well. Jeremy was thorough and easy to talk to. 5 stars
