Been using their services for 2 years. First of all, they gave the most reasonable price when I asked for estimates. Nothing crazy, just very reasonable, and I decided to go with them rather than the "absolute cheapest" quote because I'd had a couple bad experiences with some other companies who under-priced and under-delivered.

I'm happy to say that Juan and his people have been over-delivering for 2 years. They show up when they say they're going to show up, they give notice asking for rescheduling if our scheduled day is on a holiday or something, they give great service and respond to special requests without a fuss. I love their service and highly recommend them.

Excellent cleaning services! Great prices! I hired Juan and his crew to clean two houses after a move-out 4 and 5 years ago. Both houses were done thoroughly - he made sure every last detail was taken care of personally. Currently, the crew has been cleaning my own house on a regular basis for the last 3 years - for a good price. They do special requests like windows for my patio included in the service. The place smells fantastic when they are done, and the house is consistently clean all over. If there is ever an issue, Juan takes care of it himself to make sure everything is perfectly clean and done and to my satisfaction. They also shampoo the carpet if needed - very competitive price on that, too. I highly recommend this company. :)

Sparkling Clean!!!! We are so happy with Juan & his team. They go above and beyond. They don’t miss a spot! They removed a large coffee stain from my dining room chair without me even having to ask! I would highly recommend their cleaning service. We have them come weekly now.
