XL Landscape Development manages our office complex at Horizon Ridge Commons and does an excellent job. Logan and Tj met with us to discuss strategy replacing the outdated landscape with new and efficient landscaping. We could not be any more happy and would recommend them to anyone!

As a resident of a community where XL Landscaping has recently undertaken a large-scale landscaping project, I am immensely impressed by their professionalism and the quality of their work.

The team at XL Landscaping has brought a wave of transformation to our community spaces, handling every aspect of the project with utmost professionalism. Each representative, from the planners to the workers on the ground, showcased an impressive level of expertise and dedication. They worked diligently to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our community, all while respecting the local environment and the needs of the residents.

Your people have screwed up the traffic in BOTH direction on Anthem parkway for over a week now....because you dont take the cones down at 3 pm like is MANDATORY. Also taking lanes down to 1 lane in BOTH directions is obsurd ! Your trucks are off the road and removing lanes for travel is unnecessary Get someone there who may know what they're doing immediately !

I hate to even write this, but I feel like I need to let the next association know what they are getting themselves into. XL landscape is 100% about signing on to your association and telling you that you don’t need to worry -they are the best,etc. Please don’t fall for that line- they will try to get you to do everything with reserves. They’re 100% about taking as much money as they can from any association and not doing what they said they were going to do.

They were even late on the water district conversion and tried to charge our association for extras due to inflation after they were over three months late in starting the project -telling us they were short staffed. While I understand being short staffed – this was surely just another excuse.

After they did the conversion, we had to have another landscape company come in and fix the numerous amounts of errors that were done. I have documentation and receipts for all the “NEW” work that was not completed correctly – which includes items XL Landscape charged for that were never installed.

We now as an association are hit with tons of maintenance issues and tons of invoices on redoing what they did not do correctly. Please DO NOT hire them without doing your research.

We went off several referrals and were told that they were good, please do your own research and do not sign a contract with them. - you will thank me later.

In one year, they destroyed our park and did not complete the conversion that they were paid to do – so we will rebuild. I just wanted to make sure that no other association falls into their trap.

Terrible service from there shitty crews that are always on break to there management that can’t account for anything. Completely unreliable. They services are community for two years and every step of the way doing a terrible job. Don’t even deserve 1 star. Install grass in the park and killed it multiple times. Replaced sprinklers that were always broke or leaking killing trees and bushes. Then would rip the tree and bush out tell nobody until you confront there non management group. Company is a rip off chasing money and accomplishing nothing.

2019, HOA hired XL Landscape. Top rated staff and work completed beautifully. Having a larger company in LV for our Condo complex made all the landscaping difference. Diagrams, renditions and palettes were professional. Ending Del Sol Landscape contract was worth it.

I had such a disappointing experience with XL Landscape. The employees were incredibly rude from the moment they arrived. Not only did they lack basic customer service skills, but they also seemed to rush through the landscaping job without paying attention to detail. The work they did was messy and sloppy—plants were unevenly placed, and the edging was all over the place. They definitely didn’t take the time to make sure everything was done right.

XL landscaping used to be in charge of the condo complex I live and boy do I miss them! They were very friendly and did a fantastic job. They were always working on something and did great on their clean up. I highly recommend them as compared to our current landscapers (Park West) who does nothing but sit in their truck all day. XL landscaping and their employees have a great work ethic and were a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend them and wish their team well and will definitely push to have them back!

We had XL as our community landscapers for about a year. They made promises and then tried to back out on them. All Gita seems to be worried about is add ons. Their pricing may seem reasonable, but they were tacking on close to $1000 extra per month for irrigation repairs. They never provided details about the repairs and I feel we were billed for some repairs more than once. They'd repair a leak and it would leak again the next day and they'd try to bill us again. After we gave them 30 days notice, they did even a worse job.

Do you research before hiring them. There are many better companies out there. In the year of working with them, never once did anyone ask if we were happy with their work. All they asked was when were we going to start the $90,000 irrigation renovation.

XL team is top notch, the design and build execution is exceptional. We had a challenging project with engineering elements that required a high skill set and know how. Donnie and his team of Chris, Edgar, and Gasper each took the time and detailed approach necessary to ensure every aspect was perfect. We are thrilled with the end result!

All I can say is awesome!!! I wish I had more work for them.

Drops their flyers at our door ignoring our no soliciting signs. Owner is a jerk. Reported company to HOA. Neighbors not happy.

So very happy with Desert Canyon Landscaping. This is the 3rd time hiring them. I needed my palm trees, and plant some new plants. In the front we had an old stump from a dead tree. It was a huge job to remove it, and they did an amazing job. I didn't even ask, but they also cleaned up leaves in the front and backyard.

I would recommend them if you need anything done in your yard!

I would recommend this company to my family and friends. They did an amazing job in my backyard. We worked with Sal. They finished our backyard within one week.

We are a military family. We have bought our first home a couple years ago, and both my husband and I are active duty, so we just don't have the time or energy to revamp our entire yard. We didn't even have an opportunity to work with this company. Seemed professional until they basically blew us off because we had more than just them coming for ideas. Sal told me "Call me when you're done shopping, because look, Im a designer and a salesman so I won't be the cheapest and our minimums are $2500". Well thats great that you think so highly of yourself, but acting like you can't "waste" your time on someone, doesn't really suit a business model well. We are shopping because we have no idea what to expect or what to do and need someone we trust coming to OUR HOME and working here and making our yard beautiful and easy to maintain. They called the day before and although we had an appointment for 0900 on Friday, they said it would be between 10-11. I don't have all morning to dedicate to waiting on you to show up just to see if we might use you. We were going to give them a chance because we do not know anything about landscaping, but about an hour before they were supposed to be here they texted me to cancel due to an "emergency". Not even a phone call. This review will also be posted about everywhere I can find so hopefully no other military families don't "waste" their time even bothering to call this company.

Juan and all of his workers are absolutely AMAZING. They were recommended to us by Premier Pools. Not only did they listen to our needs and wishes, but they also gave us some other great ideas. Juan and his workers are professional, hardworking, friendly and did an EXCELLENT job. Thank You A Family Landscaping 😊

A Family Construction and Landscape, Apex Builders, Inc. located at 5301 Sawyer Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89108 is not a good landscaper if you need your backyard done. They have a very good designer/landscaper to lure you in and then after they got the backyard all done, they would go away on you even if you requested for redoing within the warranty period under contract. We had a bad experience with this company. After they did our backyard, sprinkler system leaked and plants were dead. After calling the company a few times, they finally returned a call but not for coming out fixing things but for notifying us to wait for a couple of months to let the plants recover. Dead plants are dead. They will never recover. They put off the work and wait for the end of the warranty period so that they would only come out once to try to fix things then they could just walk away. They ignored our request and put off the work they needed to do. It was a big mistake to hire this company.

My comments is a rebuttal of the previous review of this company. I had my backyard landscaping, patio and block wall extension done by A Family Construction & Landscaping Co. the owner Juan Bercerra was very professional and upfront. I had so many bids that I looked at over the course of the year but I took Juan's bid which gave me the best value of course had to look at some pictures of his previous work. Gave my input of what I wanted done and sure enough two weeks later got my backyard project done to what I wanted and utmost satisfaction. And yes I'm also an Air Force veteran and retiree....I take serious consideration, research in deciding to spend my hard earned money especially on big ticket items/project.

Some of the best people you could ever hire. Amazing work ethic and great people. Thanks for transforming our back yard and landscaping into a paradise. A+++++++

Juan and his crew (a.k.a, Apex Builders) installed an inner courtyard for our home, 7-8 years ago. They also fixed irrigation issues, and did some landscaping. Juan is a first class person, and his crew is very talented.

They put in pavers, irrigation, and rock wall features, plants and trees in to our courtyard and backyard. Most importantly I had them plumb some large water drain systems which went from the inner courtyard to our street.

The drainage system turns out to be a house-saver. During the flooding we have received this year (2022) in Henderson, having the ability to evacuate massive amounts (thousands of gallons) of water to the street in a very short time has saved our house from flooding! During heavy rains, the courtyard receives water from all 4 sides (roofing) surrounding it, so it takes on massive water, quickly. Their drainage works perfect. They put i large 10 inch pipes and 2 drains to achieve this.

Now many years later all plants and trees they installed are still alive and doing very well. The pavers and rock walls they installed are solid and top notch! I will add a couple pictures.

K&A Landscapers did an excellent job transforming our yard. Their team showed up on time, communicated clearly, and paid attention to the details that most landscapers overlook. The design came out clean and modern, and the workmanship was top-notch — especially on the hardscape and lighting. Pricing was fair for the quality, and they left the site spotless when finished. Highly recommend them for anyone in Las Vegas who wants a reliable, professional landscape crew that actually delivers what they promise.
