Horrible Company. Overpriced and unprofessional. Owner (Richard) don't accept criticism for things they messed up. Instead threatens you, ugh! Save yourself the headach. Go with someone else.

Well, after only 3 service visits, I texted Richard with some work-quality comments and photos (yes, his guys didn't do a good job). Instead of apologizing and fixing the problems, he just quit by text.

I wouldn't call this company reliable, and my apologies to my neighbors for referring these guys earlier.

He’s an all-around great guy—super helpful and always quick to respond. His crew was just as impressive: professional, efficient, and their work was absolutely immaculate. I would highly recommend! We love our new turf!

Emelio and his team did a beautiful job installing a paver driveway at my home. He shows up and gets the job done and cleaned up perfectly afterwards. His work is high quality and I recommend using him for any paver work you need.

Great landscaper!!! Emilio is excellent and I highly recommend him. He has done several jobs for our backyard. He installed a retaining block wall for us along with pavers for our patio. I rarely write reviews, yet after my landscaping experience with Emilio and his team, I couldn’t not write one for this highly professional, hard working and honest landscaping team. I received 3 other quotes and Maqueda Lawn Services not only blew them out of the water with a fair price, but they also kept their word on everything that we discussed without price gouging me along the way. They chose to ignore our obvious 'No Soliciting' sign and trespass onto our property and litter their materials on the ground by our door. If they can't respect us or our property then surely we cannot trust or respect them.

Do yourself a favor and walk away. They will quote you a price but then say they can’t finish for that quote. Job took 2 months longer because you can never get them back and sprinkler pipe is not even in ground. Pay a little more somewhere else.

Real clowns.u knock my door then when u c there's no way of absurdly overcharging me for some minor work that u yourself isn't even going to participate in, u don't even call back w numbers. Can't wait til things slow down and these order takers are unemployed. Poor all the way around.

We scheduled a consultation at our home and they never showed up. We stupidly rescheduled for a later date and they didn’t show up again! We called and texted multiple numbers with no response. Seriously unreal.

We met this landscaper at a home show. His prices were competitive, he showed up when he said he would and the paver job was done very well. You can't really ask for anything better. We thought he was great.

Contacted Joe Fraser after meeting him at a home and garden show he came out to give a bid which at this time we are to blame for not demanding a breakdown on everything that needed to be done. They started the work (on time) and I was told several times that they wanted a deposit and then a second payment and then the final when all was done well that should have been a red flag we paid the deposit I finally had to call and this is the best part the owner of Addision well good luck they are so chicken s*** that they will not even return the call....great business ethics there.So when they finally came out to start the work they wanted more money and hadn't even pulled a weed but Joe kept telling us that they would not take final payment until the work was complete well here it is two days after they left I have several dead plants (no water running to the plants) guess that is why they are dead water lines tied off so no water running thru them. And yet again another false promise from Joe Fraser himself to replace the plants and make sure all is correct
When Joe called for final payment suddenly the amount due was $700.00 more than agreed upon so this is what I was left with. My advise STAY AWAY and if you decide to use them take my advise to this if they hand you a flier offering $250.00 off or Free Lighting Package do not be a fool because that will not happen it is all a scam...

They did our whole yard last year and they put in wrong plants than what we asked for, wrong colored turf, and not enough soil for the plants to properly grow along with a few other things. Currently working on filing an official complaint through the Las Vegas contractors board since they have continued to not respond to our attempts at communicating or resolving the issues.
