Just had my first service with Pest Pros. My technician Stan was very knowledgeable and walked me through all steps of service. On time and professional. From day 1 when I called Jeff and started service it was the knowledge and time he spent on the phone with me. = Jeff (owner) is extremely knowledgeable and answers any and all questions; is a teacher and a mentor
= "High Tech" by sending emails, text messages with confirmations and reminders
= Can create an account to make payments
= Highly communicative; technician sends text messages and/or calls when in route
= Company strives to meet your request for morning, mid day or end of day appointments
= Effective: Decreased pest visuals since hiring this company

I am so glad I found Pest Pros. They use effective, quality product and their customer service is exemplary. And Stan, the technician who services our home is fantastic. Stan is very personable, knowledgeable, reliable and efficient. We couldn’t have asked for a better service tech or chosen a better pest control company.
