I had an old water softener that sprung a significant leak. I called Active Plumbing and Tony arrived within 30 minutes. Very prompt. He mitigated the leak by putting the system in Bypass mode. Being that it’s a very aged system, we determined that it’s best to consider replacing the unit vs. major surgery to repair it. Tony kindly gave me information and a quote for a replacement system. Very pleasant experience!

Tony was amazing! He was able to help me with brand new water heater installation the very same day he came out for an estimate. Active Plumbing went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
