The call staff was friendly James kept me informed on when the plumbers would be out. The plumbers arrived within the prescribed time window. The truck and technicians were professional appearing. No hassle, or troubles at all.

Has a water feed line burst inside of the drywall. They sent a plumber out within an hour and fixed within 30 min of arrival. 10/10

I broke a pipe in my yard on a Saturday evening and Todd got there within an hour of the accident. He finished the job quickly and with a great price. I definitely will call them next time I have any plumbing need.

He fixed a leak pipe for us in October of 2021, and gave us a very fair price for it. The same area started leaking again in May of 2021. He came out to look and fixed it no charge. The problem wasn't with his original work, it was something else in the same area, and he still didn't charge me. He's an upstanding guy. 10/10 do recommend.

As the Property Manager at our community, Code Red always comes through. We've had emergencies that are very overwhelming for our office staff, but Code Red comes and gets the job done the right way, and right away! Their guys know what they're doing! Thank you guys for making our job easier!

Had an emergency late at night and they responded quickly and efficiently. Other places wouldn't send a technician until the morning and were charging a ridiculous amount of money. Definitely recommend them. The prices are great and the service is fantastic!

Had a major leak while replacing our roof during this pandemic. Friendly staff, Tom made this experience less stressful and was able to fix the leak quickly. He also noticed a pipe that was in bad shape and instead of not saying anything and waiting till it became an emergency issue so they could make more money he let us know what to look for just in case something went wrong, thank you Tom. With that little gesture it allowed us to trust him. We remembered we had some additional services that needed to be repaired and schedule some things to be taken care before it became a problem. Keep up the good work guys.

Came home to find the outside of my house with small geyser gushing from the side of the house, after turning off the water main to my home from the street, I called Code Red Emergency Plumbing and Jodi was so helpful and kind. I received a phone call almost immediately from Jerry, the plumber. Jerry was so helpful, gave me step by step instructions of what to do to rule out a main water leak vs a landscaping leak. I can sleep peaceful tonight! Thank you Jerry!

I have used other plumbers before in the past at my place of business. But hands down, Todd and Kylan from Code Red were the most professional team I have ever seen. They worked on the problem until they could confidently say that they had fixed it, unlike the contractors before them. I wont call anyone else besides these guys from now on for plumbing issues. Awesome service from Jerry who is a plumber with Code Red. Called Code Red 24 hour service at 10:30pm and Jerry was at my residence in approximately 20 minutes. I had two toilets that wouldn't flush. Within a few minutes Jerry knew what to do. Come to find out that my sewer line was clogged. Jerry ran large snake cable through my sewer line and in no time toilets flushed and sewer line was cleared. Jerry even gave me a 10% military discount. Thank you Jerry and thank you Code Red.

First of Jerry was a lifesaver!
So, some outside pipes were broken, by me, and didn't know how to fix it. Did some googling and called a few places. Some other companies wouldn't come out until 8AM the following day! Jerry came out to fix what needed fixing within the hour. Everything was fixed and looking great!

Called Code Red to investigate some drain lines in a possible new home. Todd came out to the home within 24 hours. He was professional, timely and full of helpful facts. Todd took the time to ensure all of our questions were answered and offered his contact details for further questions or plumbing needs. I would call Todd in a heart beat for any plumbing needs.
