I have personally used Hips Plumbing a couple of times and was very pleased with the service. Im also a Realtor and recommended this company to my clients and they were all very satisfied. They got the job done in a timely manner! I highly recommend Hips! Prices are fair, quick response , pleasant workers and very knowledgeable. You won’t be disappointed!

Had a leak in an old water softener. I found Hips Plumbing on Yelp. Since they received so many positive reviews, I thought I would give them a try. They answered the phone right away and I was able to make an appointment for the next day. I liked that they kept me informed about the appointment and even came a little early. Kyle answered all of my questions and presented the different options with no pressure. I decided to have them install a new soft water system. Kyle had to get the new system and came back to install it the same day. Overall, I am very happy with Kyle and Hips Plumbing.

Was a Happy Customer with HIPS Plumbing. They came out to look at the job, and was able to clear the sewer line with minimal effort, at a decent cost.

Kyle was great! Showed up early, had everything he could possibly need, knocked out four tasks (replaced a float, replaced a clean out, two lines snaked with camera) and got everything cleaned up quickly and was friendly and knowledgeable about everything.

Hips has been my plumbers for years. As a homeowner, we work as a team to keep on top the water heater preventive maintenance, and other plumbing issues to ensure I can rest easy. Below is a photo of the coil in the water heater which must be replaced annually. Notice the buildup from a year. Hips works to ensure your home appliances continue to last.

Hips plumbing was an awesome company to do a complete repipe of the home. Very professional very prompt and very experienced. They made a very stressful event for our home but hips plumbing made it less stressful. I will definitely be calling them for all my plumbing needs.

Ed came thru and did our water heater installation. He was very knowledgable and very hospitable. Removed the old water heater and explained everything during the process. Will definitely call for future installations and repairs.

Hips Plumbing recently assisted with detecting a water leak in our home. They did a thorough job of inspecting the root cause of the leak and providing options for repair. Thus far, the issue has been resolved with a Delta Cartridge replacement in the shower. They provide a 1-year warranty. We will see how long the repair will last. Additionally, they assisted with repairing one of our toilets. At this present moment, we’re satisfied with the work they have done. I definitely recommend Hips Plumbing for their great/friendly service and expertise/knowledge.

I dropped an important earring down my drain and also had a garbage disposal issue. This is not the first time I have used this company. As soon as it happened I knew who to call. They are so friendly, honest, efficient, and knowledgeable. I give their name out all the time with great results for friends. They came out quickly and retrieved my earring as well as repaired my disposal. I have lived in Vegas over 30 years and they are the best plumbers I have ever found! Thank you to them and don’t hesitate to hire them!!!

Incredibly responsive, friendly communication, professional service, high level of integrity (fixed work done previously so I’m now within code), patiently and thoroughly explained the problem and the solution, and honest with fair pricing. Hips was referred to me and I can now confidently refer them to others. The employee who scheduled me on a Saturday, the owner who came out to diagnose the issue on the same day, and a technician named Eduardo who fixed the problem were all awesome to work with. Glad to know I now have a reliable plumber!

These guys are great; we noticed a wet spot in our kitchen ceiling. Hips came out spent an hour trying to find the leak running water, checking all possible sources to cause the leak - determined no active leak - no charge. I was so impressed, the guy was so nice I told them I would call them the next time we needed a plumber. Fast forward 18 months, hubby discovered a water leak and I called Hips. Kyle came back out and fixed a leak related to our a/c condensation pipe and gave me a quote for an additional job another plumber recommended we needed done. The price quoted was better than the other guy's, but the bottom line, these guys can be trusted.

Ed came out to do an estimate and repair a collapsed drain. He was very responsive, professional, and provided great service. I would gladly recommend and use Hips in the future!

My water tank broke today (Feb 3, 2022) around 3:45pm. I called Hip's Plumbing after searching for a quick, reliable, and professional company. They were prompt and were able to get someone out to me around 5:30pm. They were able to install a brand new electric water heater. Upon rehooking up the main water line, we noticed a crack in my washing machine hot water cable as it was situated next to the new water heater. Tyler, Cory, and Jose were able to fix that problem real quick as well. I couldn't be more happier with Hip's Plumbing service. Hip's Plumbing Service will be my "go-to" plumbing service from now on. Thanks Guys for all you do!

I recently had two toilets installed.
The whole experience from start to finish was fabulous. The price was very reasonable. Kyle my technician was a true gem. Polite professional from start to finish. I highly recommend!

I didn't have hot water in my shower and I tried to fix it on my own. After 3 failed attempts I called a professional. Hip was very easy to deal with, explained my options and was able to get the part I needed (the generic part at Lowe's failed). He had everything in working order after about an hour and half. Will call again if I have any other issues.

I called them to repair a water heater at 8am and someone was on site within about an hour. The tech diagnosed the issue (gas valve failure) very quickly and even had the replacement part in the truck. The tech was professional, personable and efficient.

Ed did a great job! We were pleased with all his work, and it was done in a timely manner. Ed was friendly and professional, and explained all the work that was needed to be done. We had several bathroom faucets that needed to be replaced. Also, the kitchen sink was leaking and shower spout was leaking. Thanks, Ed for all your hard work. Great service. Kyle was my technician and he was very professional and kind. Referred me to a restoration company to assist me further but appreciate they didn’t try to fix something out of their scope. Would absolutely call again for my plumbing needs.

Hips plumbing saved the day. My main water line was leaking. Within 24 they were out accessing the issue. Once I approved the repairs one day for total replacement of my main water lines to my house. Eduardo was very efficient walked me through what was needed. After digging up my whole front yard to get the job done. They left my landscaping like new.
