Great service; friendly, fast, available. They even answered the phone at midnight with convenient appointment options available. The tech showed up the same day ON TIME, fully prepared and had my problem fixed in less than 24hrs. Hip has helped me out in the past with a free house call, so I was willing to work with him again. However, I was disappointed with the expensive labor rate this time around. I was quoted $2100 total for a 50G water heater replacement that only took the tech about 90 minutes to complete. After I approved the job, I found out that the water heater can be had for around $750. I did agree to the price beforehand and the end result would always be the same, but I wish transparency would have come with the quote, instead of having to ask for it. The installation was high quality with new hoses/valves and they disposed of my old unit, but it's hard for me to justify the remaining labor cost at around $800hr for 90 minutes. It left a bad taste.

I have personally used Hips Plumbing a couple of times and was very pleased with the service. Im also a Realtor and recommended this company to my clients and they were all very satisfied. They got the job done in a timely manner! I highly recommend Hips! Prices are fair, quick response , pleasant workers and very knowledgeable. You won’t be disappointed!

Had a leak in an old water softener. I found Hips Plumbing on Yelp. Since they received so many positive reviews, I thought I would give them a try. They answered the phone right away and I was able to make an appointment for the next day. I liked that they kept me informed about the appointment and even came a little early. Kyle answered all of my questions and presented the different options with no pressure. I decided to have them install a new soft water system. Kyle had to get the new system and came back to install it the same day. Overall, I am very happy with Kyle and Hips Plumbing.
