My husband contacted On Time Service Plumbing last night after finding them on Yelp. The owner got back to my husband immediately and got us scheduled for someone to come to our house the next day to fix our toilet.
Jay arrived 10 minutes early (MUCH APPRECIATED, as my experience is most plumbers are running late), he was friendly and prepared! It was nice he brought foot booties, especially since my house just got cleaned yesterday.
Jay was able to fix our toilet and install all the new parts needed.When he was finished, I asked him if he could take a look at my water spigot and give me his professional recommendation on an ongoing issue l've been having.
Jay is reliable and trustworthy so I'll be using On Time Service Plumbing to also get this issue resolved!
I highly recommend this company! They’re a breath of fresh air!

Had a bad toilet flange and a new toilet to be installed along with new water line fittings. Zack did an excellent job! He was very personable, polite, and easy to talk with. He communicated well before, during, and after service was complete. Very professional and has great attention to detail. Highly recommend!
