Excellent, Efficient and Professional Service.
I needed my tankless water heater flushed and inspected, so I found Johnny on the Spot on Yelp. I chatted with their customer service team first — they were super helpful and easy to work with.
Shawn came out for the job and right away asked a few questions about my system before getting started. He explained how long everything would take and did a full inspection while the flush was running. He was very thorough and professional, even took pictures and showed me what to keep an eye on.
What I really appreciated is that he wasn’t pushy at all — no upselling or pressure, just honest and quality work.
Definitely recommend Johnny on the Spot if you want reliable, professional service done right!

1 day after moving into our new home we had a plumbing emergency and were helped out by Shawn. Shawn was amazing and put our minds at ease, we signed up for the comfy package and got a thorough plumbing and HVAC diagnosis. Marco was our HVAC tech and did a wonderful job explaining issues/options for me. My 2 interactions with 2 employees of Johnny on the spot have been reassuring and I would recommend this company/these techs to any one! Thank you so much Shawn and Marco.
