This company is amazing!!! I had such a great experience from beginning to end. Very reliable.They were very quick and thorough and did Quality work. I don’t have one bad thing to say about them. So happy with the outcome.

Great company. The service was outstanding, they installed the solar panels in a timely manner and customer service answered all my questions about going solar.
If you're thinking about going solar and saving lots of money in the process this is the company you need.

Louise and her team gave us the best service and the best savings out of 7 quotes. I didn’t have to pay a dime. I was given constant updates without asking. Would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Jarred has been absolutely amazing. Through the delays and a million questions he always made sure to keep us in the loop. Always made sure to answer every text and every email. Here we are now looking to have our panels installed next week. Can't wait to recommend more homeowners to Sun Solar.

Be careful before purchasing!!!!
This company has horrible communication and does not live up to their offering.
1) I was told they have a 24 hour monitoring system prior to purchasing, I found out 2 days ago that the communication has been off since last August and the company has not sent any notifications, not they are saying, they don’t offer that service.
2) my sales representative completed ghosted me after telling me he’ll cover the additional charges from NY Energy (yes, I have text proof)
3) I have not left a bad review, I am at this point is extremely frustrated, after talking to a few people, I got the same feedback that this company does NOT live up to their promises!!!
4) think again before you pull the trigger!!!

I don’t even have solar yet. This place is a scam. The people who came into my
home wouldn’t leave my house, wouldn’t offer me information on the solar program, and kept trying to get me to run my credit. The company called me just now trying
to get me to do solar. I told the guy on the phone about the two guys, he told me to repeat myself because he was eating. Then he said oh, that doesn’t sound like us. must be somewhere else. This place is a straight scam.

I have been working with Ms. Louis for years on a couple projects and she has always been very dependable and honest with me since day 1. With all the scam companies and all the companies shutting down after installing your solar you need honest and trusting ppl. I have added solar to 2 of my homes and getting ready to upgrade on a third. I would not trust anyone else but Ms Louis and 1 Sun Solar!

In the years I’ve worked in the renewable energy industry… I have never known such a class act as Louise Helton and the team at 1 Sun Solar Electric.
This will sounds crazy, but for years I was hesitant to put solar on my property, even though I WORKED in the industry, believed in its benefits wholeheartedly, and helped others make the conversion! 😅
That is, until I was blessed with a meeting at 1 Sun Solar Electric, and the opportunity to work with them.
I finally felt comfortable with a contractor, trusting that this team WOULD be around for the long haul in case I needed ANYTHING. They proved it to me time and again, job after job.
1 Sun Solar Electric has served the Vegas Valley for nearly 15 years, surviving longer than 95% of companies in this industry, empowers women in the construction industry, and has gone that entire time without a SINGLE complaint. That does not happen by accident.
I am not just a happy customer, I am a happy partner, and happy to help Louise in anyway I can. She embodies what this industry is supposed to be. Community service that can change lives, and the world, one home at a time. She helped me love solar again. I wouldn’t recommend any other installer if you are a resident or business owner in Clark County.

This might by the best interaction I've had with any company in my adult life.
I bought my home with solar already installed, but received no paperwork on the installer. I'd called about a dozen different companies to see who installed it before getting to 1 Sun Solar. Louise picked up the phone to help me, and to say she was helpful is an understatement. Louise informed me that 1 Sun Solar did not install my system, but stayed on the phone with me anyway for TWENTY MINUTES giving me information about the make and model, pulling permits tied to my address to help me find the correct company, giving me warranty information on my equipment, and giving me tips on what might go out first and how to tell if everything is working properly. I've never had customer service like this
before. I was blown away. At this point, I think I might rather spend my money doing business with this company than taking advantage of whatever warranty I may have gotten from the original installer. Just an incredible experience, I'm so happy I happened to call.

Costumer service department and install guys were all really great to work with. To get our system up and running was closer to 6 months instead of 6 weeks, but that mostly had to do with NV energy.

From a service perspective, I've had very good, responsive service from 1Solar. I had a second installation and it was handled professionally and on-time. Of course some roof tiles were cracked in the process and they repaired them. I had some issues with the mobile app to monitor the system, again professional and friendly service. This is a very competitive industry, I would recommend 1Solar. Our service representative Matthew Schriek is among the most responsive service techs for any home services. Always responds promptly, professionally and positively.

So disappointed in the follow up experience I’ve been having with this company. While our install went smooth nothing since then has. We have a panel that hasn’t worked since our system has been active. I have been trying to get them to come fix it for a month now. The first guy came out an said he look at it which was lie. We have cameras and he ring our doorbell and then just left. I had to call and wait to reschedule. The next guy they sent van broke down which is I understand they can’t control that. He assured me they would call and reschedule me. A week later nothing so once again I had to reach out to them to reschedule the appointment. Now I’m waiting yet another full week hoping this time someone will actually show up. They have offered nothing for the inconvenience in all this. I’m still paying for the system in the meantime and it’s not even fully working.

Don’t do it!!! I’m now almost a year in and I’m still getting $250 power bills and I still have to pay my financing loan for the solar. If you do the math it’s not worth it. I feel completely lied to about the benefits and I’ve been told REPEATEDLY that my bill will only be about $14.99 per month which is the grid fee. I’ve been patient and I’ve given every benefit of the doubt. It’s been more than enough time for me to come to the conclusion that I have been deceived.

**Update**
It has been a YEAR AND THREE MONTHS, and I am still getting bills over $200 and NOBODY is getting back to me. I was TOLD that I would have 100% offset and would only be paying a grid fee by now. I can’t get a response from anyone! These people do not care and this company is a scam! I need someone to reach out to me and resolve this issue.

After my inverter was replaced the SolarEdge app was not recording production from my panels. I contacted 1Solar and was connected with Ron Austin. I explained my problem with the app and system. Ron gave me some advice and a fix that worked! He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful!

As a retired lady who’s in budget every single month, I’m pleased with my project. Tried it to do it earlier but that company went out of business and a good friend referred me with 1solar and it was worthy

I had an excellent experience a few months ago with Javier Castellon and his manager Brian. Very nice gentleman. They both went above and beyond to make the process understandable, affordable, and inconvenient. They were patient working around my work schedule and even listen to my stories. I would give them both 100 Stars if I could..

I lost all hopes to lower my power bills when the agent who introduced us to 1Solar reneged his promises to lower our electric bills once we added more solar panels to our existing solar system which at that time was non-functional and our Installer (Empire Solar) declared bankruptcy 3 years ago without our knowledge. My wife and I were devastated and in a quandary on what to do since my first contact with 1Solar Support Services ended in a very discouraging conversation. Through my conversation with 1Solar Support Services I found out that my agent was not an employee of 1Solar and was an independent contractor.
However, when I called again the 1Solar, I was able to talk to a very nice, amiable and sympathetic Customer Service Rep named Hunter Booth who guided me on the process of resolving the problem. From her, I was able to contact SolarEdge the manufacturer of the inverter of my old system and finally negotiated to replace the inverter of my old system. My communication with SolarEdge with the assistance of 1Solar through Hunter Booth greatly helped in resolving the issue. Ms Booth was very customer focused and continuously followed up the progress/development on my problems related to my solar systems. She is a huge asset to your company.

Certainly, 1Solar stands out as an exceptional provider of solar solutions. Their customer service, particularly as exemplified by Aaron and Morgan, is truly commendable. Their unwavering commitment to honesty, integrity, and professionalism goes beyond expectations. From the initial consultation to the activation day, both Aaron and Morgan demonstrated an unwavering dedication to ensuring my utmost satisfaction and a seamless experience. Their extensive experience enables them to proactively identify and address any potential obstacles, ensuring that every aspect of the project proceeds according to plan. Without reservation, I highly recommend 1Solar, and specifically Aaron and Morgan, for any solar project you may be considering.

The only complaint that I have about this is the length of time it took from installation to it actually going online. I started the process in Feb and yesterday (June 19) was the first day I could turn on the system. NV energy lagged, then I had to wait for techs to come, then NV energy again and today I was told a tech went out to take pics. I called several times and got different people but when Ezra answered one day, everything seemed to become much easier. He was such an asset to the process and I appreciated him actually finding out answers and getting appts made to help me out. Ezra was one of the bright moments in this whole process. He has also stated that if I have questions I may call him. That is really appreciated. That is why I gave this a four star review was because of him.

I worked with Ezra at 1Solar to upgrade my existing system. Ezra was great at answering questions and keeping the process on track. He was very attentive whenever I needed to speak with him and followed through on everything he promised. I would definitely not hesitate to contact him for any future solar needs. He is a great asset to 1Solar.

Alex Quintero did a great job in helping me go solar. It's been a year now and everything he said was promised in regards to making sure i don't pay anything but a connection fee to NV Energy. Very happy with how quick and efficient the process was as well. Thank you!
