Diagnostics took place before any work is done. An easy to follow quote was provided. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Had me test the toilet before they left. Great customer service, quick turn around and reasonable pricing.

Justin was excellent. Very professional. Always checked with me about holes in wall that needed to be done in order to install my Reverse Osmosis system. He cleaned up after the installation and even checked out my toilet and shower that I was having problems with. I would highly recommend Whitneys Water System. They are awesome

Justin serviced our water softener and he is just crazy knowledgeable. Really knows his stuff, but also how to explain it well. He’s super friendly, helped repair a long term problem we had, and even shed knowledge on other water concerns. Great company.

Plumbing has gotten expensive but I am 100% satisfied with Conner.

(Background: in one of my past lives I was a home inspector in Cook Co. Illinois and was impressed how Conner drilled down to the basic problem. I agree with everything done.)

Replaced multiple frozen shutoffs and installed a pressure regulator on the water inlet. On time. Made sure what I wanted done. Got right to work. Everything nicely done. Good clean quick job. 👌

Justin and all employees at Whitney Water are always so kind and helpful. I appreciate the time Justin takes to explain things. We are very thankful to have found this company and always tell others about the exceptional service we receive.

Larry was not only professional but fast,helpful and friendly too. He analyzed what was wrong with the water heater and consulted others to confirm it. He replaced the water heater and cleaned up the mess. We requested he come back to lower the water temperature and on that visit he figured out where the leak was in our kitchen drain and he fixed it. We will be calling Whitney's again for other plumbing fixes and faucet replacements and bathroom remodeling. Very reasonable price, too.

We asked Larry to come back and fix the kitchen faucet which we knew had a leak in the sprayer attachment. He said he could fix it but if we wanted a new faucet the company carried some nice faucets. He brought a couple of them with him. They were fabulous and he was able to install the one we picked really fast and it looks beautiful.

Justin actually was able to come out to our office earlier than he was scheduled, which really helped me as I needed to leave no later than 3, and was worried about the timing. So, that was very nice. Then, he knew exactly what the problem was, quickly fixed it, and had the toilet working properly in no time at all. Very quick, efficient, and friendly! Thanks! We will definitely use your service from now on.

We really appreciate this company. Justin is awesome. He takes his time, explains what he's doing and shares information about new products. We called early this morning and he was here before 10 a.m. This company is the best..they are upfront about the costs and do excellent work. You will not regret it.

This Company is amazing, from the Office Personnel to the Technician (Justin England) who responded to my emergent need. They kept me fully informed every step of my service call. Very professional, definitely qualified...they arrived with parts in hand and had the job completed in less than 2 hrs and cleaned up as if they were never there. Justin showed up on time and finished the job quickly. We were using a Home warranty claim and he got the parts approved before he arrived. His work is top notch and he always make sure we’re happy before he leaves. He is definitely our go to guy!
