Had a major heat pump upgrade, tearing out all A/C and gas furnaces. There were issues not related to the install. One of the coils sent by the supplier was incorrect. Coastal Aire stayed on the problem till it was identified and solved. I received exceptional service and highly recommend this outfit.

Max and Chris arrived within the identified window and serviced our air conditioning equipment efficiently. They were pleasant and worked well together. I have confidence that my a/c equipment is ready for cooling season!

I had my AC go out in my small business Sunsational Tanning and Apparel on Wednesday 7/10 about 4:00pm. Coastal Air was able to squeeze us in on Thursday at noon, sending Nick and Shay out between jobs, they were able to fix my AC in half hour! Awesome customer service! I highly recommend this company

We had Coastal air because our Furnace quit working. I called and they were able to come out the very next day because we had no heat. A young man by the name of Nic came out and was very polite and knowledgeable. He made some suggestions to us on changing out our filter and a new thermostat because our thermostat was 24 years old. They were great suggestions and very affordable so we had him do them and are very pleased with the end results. The whole process was very affordable and they did not try to up-sell me in any way. I recommend Coastal Air & Sheet metal to anyone needing any work done to there furnace. And again Nic was a very polite young man and I would have him do work for me anytime.

From start to finish, this company has been a class act. The owner John is very present and available for any questions or concerns. Kelly is amazing and went above and beyond to set everything up in a timely fashion, and the install with Nick, Max and Chris went so smoothly (I was very impressed with them - absolutely professional, knowledgable and super nice guys)! I would highly recommend this company. The prices are very reasonable to boot! I found they had better HVAC equipment for a lower price than other competitors I received estimates from.

This review covers the installation of a Mitsubishi hybrid heat pump, the intelli-HEAT dual fuel system.
1) The team - WOW! Every single person I came in contact with was courteous, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Starting with John, who came out and created my quote, he was the only vendor to *not* say I needed a new furnace. Mine is 12 yrs old and John never even mentioned it. When I asked, since all three other vendors said I should replace it, he simply replied that it works fine and won't actually be used much after the intelli-HEAT went in. Though his quote was not the lowest, I trusted him from the get-go and was never proven wrong. Plus, he has put together the best team! You can tell when people enjoy their jobs, and his whole team seemed to. And they weren't daunted at being the first to install the Mitsubishi system. Champs all round!
2) The intelli-HEAT system - LOVE IT!!! After a little blip on installation (due to a tech writer putting important thermostat info in a footnote!), I have had fun with the system. You're supposed to "set it and forget it," but the first month I just couldn't get over having my furnace blower run all night due to keeping the heat up (I formerly lowered the temp to 55 at night). Plus, I wanted to see the different levels of power usage. The second month, I left it mostly at 68 and am happy to report that the power usage didn't jump up that much! Plus, this system automatically converts to my gas furnace when the outside temperature is too low for the heat pump to be efficient. I've sent John my data, so feel free to ask him for a copy when you get your quote. :-)

I HIGHLY recommend Coastal Aire and the hybrid Mitsubishi system. Side note - I got an 8-panel solar system installed last year, and so far, my NV Energy bills have been $18 a month as I apparently have solar credits. Yippeee - win, win everywhere!

I turned on my AC and it was not blowing Cold. Yikes, my Sister is visiting this weekend and it is going to be Hot!!! I called Coastal and they send technicians out that afternoon. They are excellent at communicating, sent me a text to say they were on their way and arrived on time. Nick, Joe and Max are polite, professional and got the job done right! Nice cool 48 degrees flowing through my vents!

Coastal Aire replaced and modified our furnace system. It was a very difficult job. John the owner and his crew do excellent work. Their communication was very good. The price was fair. AAA+

The service technicians arrived on time, introduced themselves and then immediately diagnose the issues with my furnace. After servicing the furnace they cleaned the air conditioner and doubled checked to make sure the AC and Heater were operating correctly. The were professional and answered all of my questions.

Coastal Air replaced our HVAC system recently. We added several accessories. The additions were a humidifier, hospital quality Seer 13 air filter and UV lights to kill viruses pathogens ect. Our house is by Bing’s old gravel pit. Though pit is not in use, there is still a lot of dust, especially when windy. Our house has less dust and the extra humidity just makes breathing easier. It is nice to wake up in the morning and our nasal passages are clear. The staff is fantastic very polite, courteous and professional. They were always on time. I can not say enough positive things about Coastal Air.
