Jay was fantastic and provided excellent service. He was assigned to my request after another service company had replaced a part and in the process broke another part and was in a rush to leave and caused a leak and a horrible smell that almost killed our parrot and dog.
Jay diagnosed the issue and expedited the replacement parts. Immediately after receiving the parts he came and fixed the refrigerator and most importantly he saved our Thanksgiving.
I am thankful to Jay and the commitment to service he provided.

Honestly some of the best customer service I've had with any trade. The tech came out for our stove, diagnosed the problem, and had the part on the truck. Done in one visit. Can't beat that.

Walked in said he knew what was wrong charged 150 and ran out. Refridgerator is in the same state it was before he came. GARBAGE!!!!!
