Great communication showed up as expected, very thorough with their explanation of what services were going to be performed, very professional and respectful of my home. Ricky was my technician and he was so friendly and patient with my needs with my dog and my schedule as I was working from home. I was very impressed and not only happy with the service but comfortable having someone in my home. The fee seemed reasonable I opted for the service contract.

I have been using JS Pest control for 10 years now
They are reliable, they come on time, always close the gate (so my yorkie doesn’t out). I get asked every month upon arrival if I have any problems or concerns I am very happy

I’ve been using JS Pest control for a couple of years now. Leo, the pest control tech does a fantastic job. Always lets me know when he’s coming and is very thorough. The weed tech is also very thorough and addresses my concerns without question. Today I had my Olive tree treated so that it won’t flower, (I’m allergic to the pollen), and Roscoe did a great job, also letting me know ahead when he’d be coming. I’m very happy with the service I have received. Different pricing for different jobs.

Ricky the bug man is great! Always on time and he will text the day before to make sure i know hes coming by the house to spray. Nice guy and gets the job done quick and hes on the way ! Fair price and great service!

My technician, Craig is great. The admin team in the office is horrible. They will call you up to 5x a day to harass you about things that have already been fixed- my payment method was jeopardized and I had updated it, but I was still called repeatedly about it.

I called this morning to get information on potentially getting service started. I have a mosquito issue. I’ve seen the nest outside of my house in my dog room, where the water drains from the roof. There are quite a lot of baby mosquitoes flying around in that area. The lady that I spoke to this morning told me that there was nothing that they could do because mosquitoes are flying insects and she also told me that there are no issues with mosquitoes right now because it’s cold outside and their dormant. I know for a fact that mosquitoes SHOULD BE DORMANT this time of year, but unfortunately, for a lot of us in a lot of areas, they are not! The fact that she was resistant to receive the information that I was giving her so that I could potentially become a customer, really discouraged me. I told her I know for a fact that there is a mosquito issue and I’ve seen the nest outside my house. SHE WAS NO HELP AT ALL!! I hung up with her and called another company and the other company was very informative and will be sending someone out to my home tomorrow. I’m sorry JS Pest Control you lost a potential customer. Sometimes all we need is for someone to listen to the issue and at least be able to send someone out to check it out before discouraging us and turning us away during the first phone call😡😡 I am not the only one in the area that is still having problems with these so-called “no see-um’s” or little black monsters of mosquitoes. It’s really irritating and uncomfortable to say the least.

I love this company. The text you 24 hrs before coming just to give you a heads-up. They show up at the time they say they're coming. Very respectful. And the most awesome part.....I haven't seen a scorpion since I changed to JS Pest Control!!! All the other popular companies did nothing. I had scorpions inside & out! I would recommend JS Pest Control to EVERYONE! If they can get rid of scorpions, they can get rid of any pest!

They rock! Jasiah is great, awesome communication and is always here on time! Our place has major red ants and black widows - now we do not have anything.

Had our first monthly service today. Johnny and his crew were extremely personable and transparent. Johnny walked me around and showed me where rodent and mosquito traps were placed, and how they sprayed all around the base of the house, base of garages and base of exterior walls on the property.
I’m very pleased with JS Pest Control and look forward to having a long relationship.

Corey is consistent, on time, professional and has been caring. He is very knowledgeable thus living the company. He’s a great representative. Company remembers our needs and wants. Corey always calls day before coming with time if service. Him and the company are the best.

JS pest control has been our service provider for almost 2 years. Since then we have had great results with their service and product. The few times bugs have thrived over their product have been very few and all you have to do is call JS and let them know the situation and they’ll come right back and spray your home again, no questions asked.. The pricing is more than reasonable and I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested. Jeff has been our tech from the beginning and has been very reliable and great to work with.

I contacted JS after my condo experienced a very severe rodent infestation. Kevin was absolutely amazing-he went above and beyond to help me, even helping me move some of my possessions out of my unit when I was too afraid to be in there by myself. He was always honest with me about the problem and stood up to my property management company when they just wanted a quick fix that wouldn’t actually solve the problem. I would absolutely recommend their services!

I have been using JS Pest Control for upwards of 17 years. My exterminator, Jeff, is absolutely amazing! He works with my schedule, and is willing to come back if I see any other critters after he sprays! He is the essence of a high performance exterminator!!

He took the time to inspect every area carefully and explained the treatment process clearly. I appreciated how respectful he were of my home and how efficiently he completed the job.

Love TJ! He does an excellent job & always makes it a point to stop in & say Hi! He’s a part of wild family. Love how he checks in & lets you know when he’s coming. He adheres to all requests. Some one stole my rat poison box & he rearranged the others. JS Peet control is the best in town!
