I’m very disappointed and frustrated with my experience with this cleaning crew and I could never recommend them to anyone. I hired them to clean an empty 3 bedroom home. I told them that I wanted a deep cleaning. They said they would have to charge more than the standard rate and i said that’s fine as long as they do a good job and reemphasized that i wanted a very deep cleaning. I should’ve done a good walk through before they left and confronted them about the obvious things that they missed but I’m just not the confrontational type. So it’s my fault for paying them and letting them leave. But i now have to clean the entire place myself. I spent $300 and the cabinets and cupboards and floors, etc are still filthy. The tub that i specifically told them to scrub is filthy. Everything is still wildly filthy and it’s honestly pathetic how bad they did. They did a lazy, try to get in and out as quick as possible job and basically got paid $150 an hour for the worst cleaning job imaginable. I wish i could post pictures. Do yourselves a favor and find someone else or just clean it yourself. They were both kind and polite but, unfortunately, they are horrible cleaners.
