My experience with RR Heating & Cooling Solutions was fantastic. My nearly 30-year-old heater had been acting up for the last few years and finally gave up just as the chill of winter was settling in. Derek and his team spent a considerable amount of time over two visits trying to diagnose the problem and replacing parts that seemed to be the likely culprits. However, despite these efforts, the heater's issues were baffling and ultimately irreparable. The team, including Frederick and Jared, were able to replace the entire heater, which was situated in the attic, in just a few hours. I had heard that such an installation could be complex and costly, but they managed it smoothly and at a very competitive price. They even subtracted the cost of the previous unsuccessful visits from the total bill for the replacement. Now, we're enjoying the warmth and comfort provided by our new heater, and I couldn't be happier with the service. my home was ice cold. During a heatwave last summer, our second zone air conditioner stopped working. We were recommended to RR Heating & Cooling Solutions through a friend. Roger came out to check the problem and gave us a quote, and he didn’t even charge for the consultation. He was more professional and honest than anyone else we had talked to. The price was fair and competitive, and he helped us choose a Ruud HVAC system instead of pushing us towards expensive equipment we didn’t need. The installation was a big job, especially with the ductwork replacement in a very hot attic, but everything was done professionally and very neatly. There was no mess or damage to our home even though they had to remove the whole old system from a dirty attic. Later, when we had trouble with the first floor zone (which wasn’t installed by them), Roger helped us out over the phone on a Sunday, walking us through how to fix it. The part was still under warranty, and he helped us get it covered so we only paid for labor. If you have any HVAC problems or need work done, don’t hesitate to call. We haven’t found professionals like these anywhere else and are so glad we did. They’re simply the best.
