Dishwasher leaked and damaged entire kitchen island. Luis and crew did a fantastic job cleaning it and removing all the mold. Passed the mold test by independent company on the first try. They were professional and on time every day. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

I was told they would be here at 8 AM by my management company so I had a bit of an attitude when they showed up at 12:10 PM. Amanda instantly came in went right to work taping down plastic on my floor as she explained to me exactly what they were here to do. Amanda was very professional very friendly within minutes she had my little attitude gone a true asset to your company.

Called Servpro after a kitchen pipe busted and flooded 80% of my home. They were at my house in less than an hour with a 3 man cleanup crew. They walked me through the whole process and completed the cleanup and demo extremely fast. Couldn't have asked for a better service under some trying circumstances.

All of the men; Andrew , Dustin and Eddie are the true definition of professionalism and hardworking.

Andrew was the first gentleman to arrive on the scene and was very pro active; his peers continued to follow that very appreciated work ethic.

Our bathroom flooded on Sunday and impacted 2 bedrooms, (the bathroom of course) and our garage. My Insurance agent connected me with ServPro and within 30 minutes Josh reached out and shortly after he dispatched his guys to begin mitigation/cleanup.

Josh has been my primary contact and all my interactions with him have been favorable. He is responsive to my calls and thorough in his attempts to provide excellent customer service.

During this very difficult time, Josh and ServPro made this hassle free.

Our water heater busted while we were out of town. Servpro came in to do a quote and they let us know the extent of the damage. They didn't try to oversell us on services and they weren't condescending answering our millions of questions. After leaving their dehumidifiers to dry out the wet walls for a couple of days, demo was super quick! Dustin and Ali tore out all the water damaged stuff and cleaned up the mess they made in about half an hour. I made them hang around to answer more of my questions and talk story a little. This is our second time using them for water damage and we're too spoiled with their service to use any other company for future problems. We highly recommend them since they are so amazing!

We had a real problem with mold and it was taken care of by Servpro. Who, I have to admit was done the old fashion way by honest and by a professional staff. Especially with Josh and Luis who kept us informed every step of the way. It is a relief for my wife and I to have the kind of professionalism that was extended to us and knowing the work will be done right the first time.

I really appreciated Baldo our service guy. He took his time coming out and doing a thorough job. He was friendly and I enjoyed talking with him as he worked. I would recommend him to anyone in the Las Vegas downtown area as a service man.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! I cannot stress enough how much this place changed my life. I had a water pipe leak and overflow and they came in ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL,. NICE and HELPFUL. thy understood what I was going through and they did the best the could to help. Jeff, Hector and Jake was the crew and they were awesome. So nice and fast. I especially like "D". Working with Servpro of Downtown Las Vegas has been a great experience for me and my family. They know what their and how to do it.
