“Jimmy” our service technician was so knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly diagnosed our “Garage” Refrigerator issue. He ordered the replacement part and within a week he completed the repair (about 10 minutes!). Highly recommend “Lake”

I appreciate a repairman like James. I have always done my own repair work, but at my age, I hate to admit , I do not have the physical ability or flexibility to attempt these repairs anymore. I am nearly 84 now and James was very polite and factually astute in finding the problem of a water leak. Our front loading washing machine needs the door gasket replaced. He listed the invoice of parts and cost, I paid, he set the appointment to complete the repair on 3/12/25, 12pm-4pm. Thanks for sending James to help us.

Michael, the service rep for Lake Appliance Repair, was awesome. It was a last minute request (aren’t they all?) just days before Christmas for our Bosch dishwasher. Michael was thorough, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We will certainly use his service again! Thank you!
