I usually don’t rate businesses low unless there’s a compelling reason. I had scheduled an appraisal with this company, but I sat at home all day, waiting for them to show up. They didn’t show up, and I wasn’t even informed that they wouldn’t be there. I waited another day for a response, but when I contacted them, they told me that they had been “baked up” and therefore decided not to show up or even notify me. Things happens I get it, but locking someone all day without any sort of communication not ok!
