Constraction reviews in Reno, Nevada

I’ve just begun working with ICG Construction and am so far very well pleased by their professionalism and punctuality. I have come to them from a recommendation. I will update this review as our project continues.

If you want great service and communication, on time bids, work started when scheduled, and phenomenal results, call ICG Contractors. We are so happy with the gorgeous rock walls they built from rocks on or building site. The space between the house and the rock walls was extremely tight. Not only did they do excellent work, but never nicked the house even though there was less than a foot between the equipment5 and the house. Amazing.

Bad business! Never again...

Great people, great place.

Professional, timely, and always price competitive

Marco and crew are amazing they can make the impossible possible

Disrespectful employee… who cusses out an elderly person and blocks their walk way with snow? This company does. What a joke.

They have done serveral of my store tenant improvement buildouts. Quality work at great prices. Delviers on time and communicates well. Highly recommend Pine Crest Construction.

Very helpful and communicative. Willing to work with our budget and timeframe. Thank you!

The team at Pinecrest demonstrated a clear understanding of our vision and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Their communication throughout the project was outstanding. We received regular updates on progress, and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly. We are very satisfied.

Top notch construction with a friendly personal touch. My home was cleaner when they got done working then it was when they started. Owner is very professional and knows his stuff. The whole crew was great fast and very clean I would recommend them over and over again.

The work they did in our Bathrooms was beautiful. All the workers were professional and the work was excellent.

I was impressed with how smooth the whole remodel went. The crew and even the subs were available when needed. Excellent job. Good choice, I'd definitely use them again.

From planning to completion, Kirby was fantastic to work with. They were realistic and open with their timeframes and prices- there was nothing unexpected. The communication was open and timely. All around excellence.

We have a bathroom that needs remodeling. A site visit to get the information for an estimate was had. We were told to expect a quote in 2-3 weeks. A month passed and nothing. I called left multiple messages at the company and nothing. About 2 months after the initial site visit someone finally called me back and was told they are too busy for my project. Thus, while the office personal was nice I would never try to use them because of lack of communication.

My kitchen was remodeled by kirby. I was told the project would take 6-8 weeks, it took 6 months. By my count, there were nearly 40 days when no one came to do any work and I was just stuck with a gutted kitchen and no progress being made. The quote I was given was grossly under quoted as they only quoted for 1 slab of granite and I ended up needing 3! And that's just one example... I made it clear I wanted a high end kitchen and would be getting high end appliances and wanted high end cabinets to go with it, I was quoted for the cheapest basic cabinets available. The quote ended up being about 1/3 the actual final price! The work was nice when they finally finished, but I found it pretty unprofessional to have no workers here for so many days and just leave me hanging and I was very disappointed with how far off the quote was from the actual cost. I am happy with the final product, but I would not recommend them and will not be using them again.

Kirby Construction has a wonderful team and it was a pleasure to work with them in 2017. Great work from the quote through the finished project with superb followup. When planning another project Kirby Construction would be the first company we would contact.

We moved here from out of state and purchased property to have a family home built. I have reached out to this business several times to get a quote for a custom home build. I have seen their impressive work on Houzz and their website, and we are looking to build a custom luxury home in Galena Estates. Their receptionist was rude and short on the phone, we have plans ready to submit and I never received a call back. I went into their office location, which appeared to be vacant during regular business hours despite the website saying they're open. There was a woman smoking in her car in the parking lot and she said she worked there. I asked to speak with someone and she said she was on her break for another hour. The impression of Kirby online was not matched with what I experienced walking into their office, and we decided to move forward with another contractor.

Great workers, clean, concise, and ON TIME. Kurt was great and Melanie helped facilitate the process. We could not be happier with our choice of Kirby. Also, another contractor wanted to charge double. Very reasonable and quality work.

Kirby construction was amazing. The professionalism and quality of workmanship was exceptional. Melody and Kurt where passionate about their work. I was so impressed with Kirby construction that I’m considering doing a home addition.
