We have used SIS since moving here in 2018. They have installed, serviced and updated our security, IT and home theater systems flawlessly. Whether we are home or on vacation they have taken care of our needs. Highly recommend.

HORRIBLE service. I am an existing client and having a problem and this company won't answer their phones or call back. I can't watch tv at my house because they have the system in their control but won't fix it. Won't even call back after weeks of messages.

We used them to put in our tv's and sound system as well as our nest doorbell! They were wonderful! Very knowledgeable and friendly!

I was hung up on by the receptionist. I called back because she didn't give me a chance to explain why I was calling, but then got the directory. Not very nice.

I contracted with Sierra Integrated Systems (SIS) in November 2016 to provide me an installed retractable projection screen. SIS delivered the screen to my house, placed it on the floor, and SIS soon after said they would seek an engineer to aid them in installing the screen. Subsequently almost two full years went by with no communication from SIS. I contacted SIS in January 2019, complained, and started negotiations to reach a settlement for, in my opinion, SIS' abandonment of me, the customer. I believe SIS demonstrated very unprofessional performance. The 14 foot, $17,000+ screen remains an impediment on my floor.

Ryan and his team are the best. They are very professional, extremely responsive, very easy to work with and great on follow up. I would recommend their work to anyone, for A/V, lighting, security. Excellence is achieved only with hard work, and they have. Highly recommended.

Charged us an arm and a leg to run cables that were mis labeled, a big hole in our garage ceiling, and wires hanging out of walls. We moved in months later to a dis functional internet and having to hire another company to come undo all the damage they had done. Totally unprofessional and a waste of time and money. Take your business elsewhere!
