We recently moved into a rental that needing a surprise cleaning upon move-in. We didn't have a place to stay, so we needed someone to clean it ASAP. The Biggest Little Cleaning Company was able to come out on short notice and do a deep clean for us. They did such a great job that I felt so good about moving in after the cleaning. I definitely will use them again in the future!

Katie and her staff have been wonderful! I’ve been utilizing their service for at least the past year and a half, twice a month on average. I’m usually not home when they come, and I trust them to always get in and out in a timely manner, and have the place looking and smelling beautiful when they’re done! You’re quick to understand what I’m looking for, and if anything is ever not 100% the best, Katie and her girls are easy to work with to get it resolved and taken care of. I have recommended them to several others in the area. as long as I am in Reno, I will be utilizing Reno‘s biggest little cleaning company!

I recently hired Reno's Biggest Little City Cleaning Company for a move-out cleaning of my two-bedroom apartment, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the moment I contacted Katie back in May to schedule the cleaning, everything went smoothly.

The cleaning crew did an outstanding job yesterday, surpassing all my expectations. Their attention to detail was remarkable, and they managed to achieve results that other cleaning companies I have used in the past couldn't. I was particularly amazed that they were able to remove the stubborn water stains from my glass shower door, something I had struggled with for a long time.

I always look forward to my cleaning day. My house is always very clean and smells wonderful. Ruth provides our cleaning service and is excellent! She's so nice and very thorough. It's just amazing how long my house stays clean until my next service. She always takes a few minutes when she walks in to say hi to our fur babies and they are so excited to see her too. The owner Katie, is very responsive to any questions you may have and will work with you on any changes to your regular schedule. Thank you Katie and Ruth!!

Very disappointed. Was told I was scheduled at 9:30 and when they didn’t show I called 3 times and finally got a call back. Was told they arrive in a 1/2 hr window (nothing was ever said about that during booking) and was told they were pulling in. 40 min AFTER that they arrived! I had very specific requests that I wanted done for a move out. While the girl did a great job on the oven and our kitchen her husband was upstairs working on our two bathrooms, or so I thought! We were busy moving final items out and they walked out when they were done and we tipped them very well! Came to find out the guy didn’t even clean one of the bathrooms before moving onto a task I requested only if time allowed! I was not happy I had to spend hours I didn’t have cleaning it and that we tipped them when we shouldn’t have!! We specifically didn’t clean for a couple months since we knew we would book a move out cleaning so things needed a little more elbow grease! Called Katie and left a message stating I had concerns and she never returned my call. This company was recommended to me and now I don’t know why. Will definitely not be recommending them to anyone I know! Don’t ever book service with this company!!!

I absolutely love Reno's Biggest Little Cleaning Company and how wonderful they have been to me. I need a lot of help with organization and clutter reduction and they deliver time after time. I can't believe how fast and focused their team has been. I've had a few different cleaners come and I sincerely respect their hard work and trust their kindness with my pets. Not only do they help get my home in order, but they clean thoroughly and consistently each time. It's a joy to come home on cleaning days.

The ladies were efficient, pleasant, and did a great job. My house looks great! Thank you!

I reached out to schedule a deep clean and then to go on a weekly cleaning schedule and they responded saying the don’t offer those services…

I’m not sure if they just didn’t feel like taking on new customers or what the deal was but the response was very rude and unprofessional.

They gave me attitude for literally asking for services they clearly advertise in they website.

Take your business elsewhere.

Amazing work. First cleaning which was a major clean, was absolutely amazing. Smudges and smears on furniture were completely removed, kitchen floor and cabinets was spotless when completed and some very difficult spots in our art room completely gone-amazing

They literally cancel the same day. Reschedule and then never show up. I cannot believe how many times they have tricked me. This was the last time, im canceling my account. They had me come home early from work by saying they are running an hour AHEAD of schedule. And then just dont even bother showing up. They dont return messages, they totally ghost you. Not to mention they have never been on time. Not even once. Sometimes 3 hours late without even a phone call.
I cannot fathom how they stay in business. Its almost like they are doing it on purpose. Last 12 appointments, 4 cancelations at the last minute, 1 complete no show and the times they did show up, they were late. Every. Single. Time. I guess it’s my fault for putting up with it.

Alfie and Colten are our regular Pros. They are always thorough and do an amazing job! The office staff has been great as well. They've clearly answered any questions or concerns we might have in a timely manner.

Ilene is so thorough and also accommodating. She also likes my dog, always a good sign!

We’ve been using MaidPro for a couple of years now. It’s the first service we’ve stayed with for this long. Most others seem to start off with a bang but then the quality drops off. MaidPro has kept up the same great service and quality of work. Dee comes every time and does a fabulous job! And if there are new Pros on her crew she makes sure everyone does the same quality work. We are very pleased with MaidPro!

I inquired with multiple cleaning companies before settling on Maid Pro, ultimately what sold me was the initial conversation I had to book the services. All my questions were answered (I asked A LOT) and communication was prompt with the contract for monthly cleaning. I just had my first clean and I’m overall really happy with the service - there was one spot on the kitchen floor that was missed but they were meticulous with wiping down the cabinets that have never been done and straightening things all around the house. They used cloth booties on their shoes and were careful with the items I told them were delicate.

It’s my second time using Maid pro and I love it! I met the owner the first time and you can really tell he cares about his customers and providing excellent service. Carolyn is also really great! She’s friendly and does such a good job cleaning my home.

Maid Pro is reliable and their employees are thorough and friendly. Celina, especially, does an excellent job and is a hard worker. I’m in my late seventies with painful arthritis and I can always rely on Celina.
