I was very interested in this carpet cleaning company, but on the day of my scheduled appointment, they never showed. I called and texted and had no response. I live in Reno and asked for services in Fernley, so not only did they not show up, I drove all the way out there for no reason. I waited a while for someone to reach out to me and they never did.
