Zach and Chris were incredible to work with. They drove almost to Emerald Bay to clean all the carpets in our 1960’s era cabin... and made the same aged carpets look like they were just installed! Fast response, courteous, professional, neat, considerate of belongings, great pricing, and just very nice guys who were a pleasure to work with. Need I say more? HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

We were in need of a move out carpet clean as part of our lease agreement. I was looking for a local company to Carson Valley and found these guys. They were very professional and fit me in their busy schedule. I also decided to have them do the house we were moving into as I wanted it to smell clean. They were able to do both in the same day. Both the houses looked and smelled great. The guys were friendly and hand working. We decided to have them come back a few days later and do our couches. They look like new! We couldn’t be happy. Thanks guys!!!

Zach was amazing! They got us within just a couple of days of contacting them (holiday weekend). They were flexible on hours, sent a text about an hour before with their ETA and was here right on time. Only took about 45 minutes and added an extra rug I didn’t originally ask for. Very professional and kind. Will definitely book in the future.

We HIGHLY recommend this company! We thought our request to clean two small bedrooms might be too small of a job for a professional carpet cleaner. The owner Zach, return my call within the hour and scheduled time to come to the house within the following week. Zach and his associate Kraig, took extra care of a couple major stains that we could not clean ourselves. The bedroom carpets now look brand new. High level service at a fair price! Thank you guys!

Wow! Had this brother and sister duo come out today to clean the carpets in my house and my salon. They managed to get all the stains and smell out. I highly recommend them. I've honestly never seen a more dedicated team. Very hard working.

Zach and fresh start carpet did an amazing job cleaning our tile, grout and carpet today! This was our second time using this business and the first time they did an excellent job at a fair price and this time was no different. He is very professional, friendly and the communication has been excellent. We are extremely pleased with the way our floors look and will continue to use fresh start and recommend them to all our friends and family!

Zach and his team did so great on my carpets. I vacuum weekly, however 4 years of build up from kids, pets, regular wear/tear my carpets were looking dirty and smelt terrible during summer heat. Zach was prompt, professional, very fair on pricing. I trusted him & his workers with my home unlocked while I was working. Throughout their progress, I was informed throughout the day regular updates on progress. Payment sent VIA venmo. Returned home, found a like new fresh smelling home. 4 years of dirt, build up, and stains were removed. Carpets fell so good, smell great, and appear like new condition again! Outcome was unbelievable. Very trust worthy crew! Highly reccomend. Will be on bi-yearly service. Thank you again Zach!
