We recently purchased a new home and, based on the inspection report, were told the HVAC system just needed an A/C recharge. When the technician came out, he discovered the AC unit had a flow issue and would likely freeze up once we started using it this summer. He also found that the furnace was basically a ticking time bomb and close to failing.
After discussing our options with James and Brennen, we decided to replace the entire system. Brennen and his team at Sparks Heating and Air were awesome. They were able to get us scheduled and installed within just a few days. I was surprised they could fit us into their busy schedule, but they made it happen. Peyton was a joy to work with while coordinating the permit scheduling — she made the entire process super easy.
The technician, Cesar, completed the installation in just one day. He was extremely helpful and took the time to explain what he was doing since I was interested in learning more about the installation process. When he finished, the entire job site — my home — was actually cleaner than when he arrived. He was professional from start to finish.
Man oh man — what a difference! The new system is incredibly quiet, and the improvement in comfort is amazing. Best of all, our power bill was cut in half. We couldn’t be happier with the results! I would highly recommend Sparks Heating and Air for any HVAC needs!

I can't say enough great things about Spark's Heating & Air!
From start to finish, the experience was absolutely top-notch. The office staff was incredibly friendly, professional and organized. They made scheduling easy, answered all of my questions and kept me informed every step of the way.
The technicians they sent, Cesar and Victor, were just as impressive - punctual, knowledgeable and respectful of my home. They took the time to explain what they were doing, made sure everything was working properly before leaving and left the area spotless!
If you're looking for a reliable, honest and professional HVAC company, I highly recommend Spark's Heating & Air!!
