We occupy two adjacent office/warehouse suites (11k sq ft), which CCCS has been servicing every week for 4 years. We've tried other cleaning services, but our search stopped with CCCS.
They are trustworthy, reliable, and reasonably priced. Also worth noting they're receptive to special instructions/requests (focus extra time on a specific area, avoid another, leave lights on/off, close/lock certain doors, set alarm, etc.).
Highly recommend.
